IMC is looking for an Accounting Manager to join the US Accounting team. The Finance team operates closely with our Trading and Technology teams to manage the liquidity required to run a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the monthly close process by delivering consistent and accurate closings.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Assist and back up in the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management functions.
• Analyze account fluctuations at the entity level on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.

SUMMARY

The individual will be responsible for performing fund accounting and analysis functions for the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. The Retail Investor Funds include SEC registered investment companies operating as an interval fund and a tender offer fund. The interval fund’s investment strategy is in generating attractive risk-adjusted returns and current income through a variety of infrastructure investments. The tender offer fund’s investment strategy is in a variety of private equity secondary investments and co-investments. This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. This individual will also work closely with GCM Grosvenor’s Finance leadership team.

As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the daily valuation process, coordinating with the GCM valuation and accounting teams, the third-party valuation firm, and the fund administrators, to ensure valuations updates are reflected in the daily net asset value of the Funds.
• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations of the Funds including:
  • Reconciling and recording of investment and investor activity.
  • Preparation and oversight of the fund expense budget, monitoring of the expense cap as well as any reimbursements related to expense support payments due to the Advisor.
  • Calculation and review of the daily management fee and incentive fees and quarterly payment due to the Advisor.
  • Management of the funds’ cash balances, investment and investor activity, and overall fund liquidity to ensure investment and investor transactions are appropriately settled in coordination with the GCM treasury team
• Prepare daily NAV calculations as well as quarterly and annual NAV and financial statement packages, including investor reporting. 
• Responsible for the semi-annual and annual fund financial reporting and periodic financial filings of the infrastructure interval fund (N-CSR, N-Port, etc.). Includes running a reporting calendar, managing fund service providers, and assisting with the annual fund audit.
• Preparation of monthly advisory entity financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and under existing SOX regime requirements in accordance with GCM’s monthly accounting close calendar.
• Preparation and presentation of financial materials for the Board of Directors quarterly meeting.
• Manage, monitor, and provide guidance to the outsourced accounting provider(s).
• Collaborate with other teams throughout the firm, including tax, legal, treasury, client services, portfolio management, etc.
• Support investment and client relationship personnel on due diligence requests, marketing materials and ad-hoc requests.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance with outstanding academic credentials;
• 8+ years of experience working for a financial services firm or top-tier accounting firm.

• Accounting experience in managing mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds or similar types of alternative products.

A well-prepared, enthusiastic reference from a peer CFO can accelerate a deal and eliminate competitive risk; a poor or unprepared one can destroy months of sales effort. Building a deep, diverse, and actively managed panel of reference customers is therefore a strategic priority for the business, and this role owns it end to end. The programme begins at implementation — identifying and nurturing potential advocates from the moment a customer goes live — and evolves throughout the customer lifetime into formal references, case studies, executive peer relationships, and public advocacy. Done well, the reference programme becomes one of Ripple Treasury’s most powerful go-to-market assets.

What you’ll do

Revenue Retention & Pricing Stewardship

• Own gross revenue retention (GRR) as the primary commercial accountability of the role — building the operational rigour, early-warning systems, and executive relationship depth to protect and grow the recurring revenue base.
• Lead the annual and in-cycle renewal process for enterprise accounts, ensuring renewals are managed proactively, professionally, and with a clear commercial strategy that reflects the value delivered.
• Act as a key voice in pricing decisions — partnering with Finance, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure price positioning is grounded in demonstrated customer value, market context, and long-term retention dynamics.

• Champion the use of AI-driven customer health scoring that synthesises product usage data, support ticket patterns, engagement signals, and sentiment to provide a predictive, real-time view of each account.
• Deploy AI-assisted tooling for CSMs and Support teams — including intelligent playbook recommendations, automated at-risk alerts, AI-drafted customer communications, and summarisation of account history — to increase capacity and consistency.
• Use AI to scale the Quality Business Review process: automating data preparation, surfacing the most relevant insights per account, and enabling CSMs to spend more time on strategic conversation and less on slide preparation.

This position is accountable for all aspects of accounting efforts for our corporate entities including preparing journal entries, generating timely financial reports, and working with internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Accountant is accountable for delivering high-impact analytics, while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in treasury within a U.S.-based real estate platform.

The Treasury Analyst supports the execution and monitoring of cash activity across a highly decentralized bank account structure, working closely with the VP; Finance, Accounting & Treasury and cross-functional finance teams. Your Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst supports daily treasury operations and cash management activities. Responsibilities include:

• Daily monitoring of cash balances across a large number of U.S. bank accounts
• Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports using established templates
• Support short-term cash forecasting through data gathering and basic variance analysis
• Identify and flag unusual or unexpected cash activity for review

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting and finance professional to oversee joint venture (JV) financial operations for a large-scale real estate investment platform. This role will manage JV-level budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital accounts, debt compliance, investor reporting, and acquisition/disposition accounting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in real estate accounting, strong technical GAAP knowledge, and experience managing complex JV structures. A CPA designation is highly preferred.

This role is hybrid, with one day per week remote, following an interim period.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting (JV-Level)

• Prepare Annual Business Plan, Operating Budget, and Capital Budget for investor review and approval.
• Consolidate property-level budgets into JV-level budgets and perform variance analysis and reforecasting.

Cash Management, Treasury & Capital Calls

• Prepare capital call calculations and issue notices per JV agreement.

• Maintain capital accounts per GAAP, tax rules, and JV agreement.
• Track investment tranches, capital balances, preferred returns, and promote tiers.

Debt Compliance & Lender Reporting

• Participate in covenant testing, lender reporting, and draw requests.
• Monitor escrow accounts and ensure compliance with financing agreements.

Investor Reporting & Performance Metrics

• Prepare quarterly investor reporting packages, including financial statements, variance analysis, capital account statements, and JV performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, equity multiples).

Acquisition & Disposition Accounting

• Support financial integration of new acquisitions, including opening balance sheets and bank setups.
• Manage final accounting at disposition, including sale allocations, reserve releases, and promote crystallization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or private equity JV structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and JV accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar real estate systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this role is $54,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 4%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).  

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. This role will lead the evolution of our architecture, modernizing and consolidating ledger, fund movement, and reconciliation logic into a coherent, cloud-native foundation. You will also drive the thoughtful use of AI-assisted development and operational tooling to increase engineering leverage, improve review quality, and accelerate modernization without compromising financial correctness or regulatory integrity. As a Staff Engineer, your work will have a profound impact on our core FCM infrastructure, directly influencing our business’s bottom line. You will set the technical standard for the FCM engineering organization: defining architecture patterns, establishing engineering best practices, mentoring and elevating the engineers around you, and making high-stakes design decisions that determine whether our platform scales to meet the demands of a rapidly growing, globally distributed customer base. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, compliance, and brokerage operations to ensure that every system you design is auditable, resilient, and built to serve both customers and regulators.

In this role you will:

• Define and own the foundational architecture of NinjaTrader’s cloud-native FCM platform on GCP/Kubernetes, including concurrency models, data consistency guarantees, service boundaries, and integration contracts across clearing, risk, and reporting systems
• Architect systems that process high-throughput trade flows with deterministic behavior under concurrency, partial failure, and asynchronous clearing acknowledgments across a 24/7 trading window
• Serve as the technical north star for the FCM engineering team by conducting deep, meaningful code reviews, pairing on complex problems, and leading architecture and design sessions that elevate the engineering bar
• Establish and enforce best practices across the FCM platform, including API design standards, testing strategies (unit, integration, contract, chaos), observability and SLI/SLO frameworks, CI/CD standards, and infrastructure-as-code patterns
• Define what excellence looks like for regulated financial systems and hold the team accountable to those standards
• Champion the responsible use of AI-assisted coding, testing, and code review workflows to increase velocity and reduce defects while preserving strict financial and audit constraints

What you'll need:

• 8–12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with demonstrated impact at the Staff level or equivalent scope of influence
• Deep expertise designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments (GCP strongly preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Strong proficiency in modern backend languages such as Python, C++, Go, or similar, with the ability to make thoughtful technology decisions grounded in trade-offs
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, including code generation, static analysis, and automated test synthesis, to increase productivity and system quality in production environments
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or brokerage technology, including trade lifecycle systems, clearing and settlement, and building systems where correctness and auditability are non-negotiable

Bonus Points for:

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 12%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

As an Accounting Manager at Rocket Travel, you will: 

• Oversee the monthly and year-end close process. This individual will oversee closing entries and review the close task list in an accurate and timely manner.

Perform high-level review of B/S and P/L accounts with the Controller to ensure financial statement completeness and accuracy

• Manage monthly account reconciliation process for B/S accounts and corresponding journal entries
• Assist our Risk & Controls Manager in implementing our SOX Readiness plan and documenting procedures accordingly.

Help with our Salesforce Optimization project by implementing best practices and metrics for the teamReview and approve journal entries by team members to ensure that items are accurately recorded and correct in the final financial statement impactOversee timely processing and reconciliation of invoices. Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with TDP’s Investment Team to help executive teams at portfolio companies build high-quality companies
