This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Capco is seeking a Microsoft Partnerships Alliances Manager to support the execution and enablement of our global Microsoft partnership strategy. This leader will have responsibility for all data functions (data engineering, data analytics, data science, and AI) inside our Prevention business and will partner closely with senior executives and business stakeholders to define and execute a unified data strategy that drives measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling their job duties in the following work arrangements:
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
