Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a junior role within the HR Shared Services team, providing hands-on support to DigiCert's global recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or TA career who is organised, detail-oriented, and energised by working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment. You will be the operational support behind our hiring activity — keeping the candidate pipeline moving, scheduling interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring every candidate has a great experience from first contact to offer.
This is an day shift role (09h00 – 18h00 SAST), primarily supporting EMEA and early AMS hiring activity. You will work closely with TA partners and hiring managers during core business hours, ensuring strong coverage across European and morning Americas time zones.
This is a 8 month fixed term contract position.
