Parabilis is also advancing investigational degraders of ERG and ARON into clinical development for the treatment of prostate cancer, as well as progressing other preclinical programs. What’s the opportunity?

The Vice President, Medical Affairs Oncology is a member of the Development Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. This senior executive leader is accountable for the end-to-end design and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy across Parabilis portfolio, including Scientific Communications, Medical Education, Evidence Generation, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement, Publication Planning, and Medical Information. This role ensures scientific excellence and cross-functional integration across all development programs and builds a scalable Medical Affairs organization capable of supporting global, multi-indication growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the Medical Affairs Oncology strategy aligned with the clinical development roadmap and portfolio priorities.
• Serve as a core member of the Development Leadership Team and contribute to broader
• Development governance and portfolio decision-making.
• Support portfolio-level medical prioritization, lifecycle planning, and cross-indication strategy.

KOL Engagement & Medical Education

• Build and sustain relationships with leading KOLs, academic medical centers, and cooperative groups relevant to Parabilis’ pipeline.
• Design and oversee Medical Education programs that advance understanding of Parabilis’ science, novel mechanisms, and unmet need across tumor types.

Evidence Generation & Publication Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of a robust evidence generation strategy, including investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research
• Oversee development and execution of a comprehensive publication plan aligned with clinical milestones and regulatory timelines
• Build global medical affairs infrastructure to support multi-program, multi-regional growth
• Drive Medical Affairs KPIs and impact metrics in support of portfolio strategy and commercial readiness

Scientific Communications & Medical Information

• Lead scientific communications strategy to accurately and compellingly convey the differentiated profile of Parabilis’ Helicon™ platform and pipeline assets
• Oversee Medical Information function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses to healthcare professional inquiries
• Oversee the creation of high-quality medical education materials, slide decks, and scientific exchange resources
• Establish scalable medical affairs infrastructure to support launch readiness across tumor types and geographies

Patient Advocacy and Patient Support

• Building trusted partnerships with advocacy organizations across Parabilis' specific tumor types
• Integrating the patient voice into MA strategy, trial design, and evidence generation
• Collaborating with patient communities on disease awareness and education
• Developing patient support programs to improve access, adherence, and trial participation ensuring all patients’ engagement is conducted with ethical rigor and full compliance

Cross-functional Partnership & Commercial Readiness

• Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and New Product Planning to ensure scientific and medical alignment across the development and pre-commercialization continuum
• Support payer strategies by contributing to value dossiers, HEOR data packages

Compliance & Medical Governance

• Lead development and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance systems
• Ensure all Medical Affairs activities are executed in accordance with applicable regulations, industry codes, and Parabilis’ internal policies

Organizational Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing Medical Affairs Oncology team with deep scientific expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Establish clear accountability, performance metrics, and a culture of scientific rigor and integrity
• Foster a culture of collaboration, scientific curiosity, and patient-centricity across the Medical Affairs team

What you’ll need to be successful:

• MD required; PharmD or PhD in a relevant biomedical discipline may be considered with commensurate experience
• 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical industry experience, with a minimum of 8 years in Medical Affairs with deep scientific expertise in oncology
• Demonstrated success building and leading Medical Affairs organizations, including KOL engagement, evidence generation, and scientific communications
• Experience standing up Medical Affairs capabilities in high-growth, clinical-stage biotech or pharmaceutical environments

The base salary range for this position is $360,000-$410,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal practices. Job Summary  

Reporting to a Team Lead in the frameworks team you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, optimising, maintaining and supporting the software required to ensure the machine learning accelerators that Graphcore develop enjoy first-class support in state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Triton (note: “Triton” here refers to the Triton language/compiler and not the inference framework).  

This role sees you joining our Triton team, where you will be part of a SCRUM team working on delivering new features, optimise performance, reviewing code changes, writing technical documentation, working with upstream communities, maintaining the code base and supporting users.  

In this role you will closely collaborate with other engineers, both within the Triton team as well as other engineering teams. You help the team coordinate and deliver complex, open-ended technical tasks. You are pro-active and an excellent communicator. You will develop deep expertise in the Triton project and will (in time) contribute to the team’s technical direction and processes. You understand the importance of managing code quality and code complexity and balancing this against the need to deliver business outcomes.

MORSE is seeking a Human Computer Interaction Engineer to conduct user research, design, prototype, and evaluate systems under development. Serve as a trusted colleague and coach around budget management, accountability, and tracking in relation to finance and budgets.
  • Lead annual cycle of audited financial statements and filings: engage with external providers to oversee and actively manage the timely scheduling and delivery of an annual audit; delivery of a 990, and to meet an annual schedule of filing obligations.
  • Annual Insurances: engage with a broker and others to manage insurance obligations for this 501(c)(3) organization.
  • Departmental planning and analyses: In year one, redesign financial planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting systems, with analysis tools that are right-sized for the institution, in preparation for a capital project to renovate the historic Rosovsky building and to support the institution's journey to scale.

Board of Directors Operations

• Working closely with the chief of staff and executive director, and Board committees, plan and coordinate audit, finance, and risk related committees and reporting to meet timely Board reporting and meetings. Serve as the staff liaison for finance, audit, and risk related committee meetings and discussions.
• Support committee development, structures, and governance principles and processes to ensure the organization’s ByLaws support and drive compliance and governance decision-making in relation to financial risk.

Fiscal Sponsorships Management

• In close coordination with the Director of Programs and others, actively manage student-led initiatives related to financial controls, guidance on policy, procurement, and expenditures and timely payments of events for student-led projects.

Policy Design and Management

• Actively review and manage organizational policies in relation to both risk management and business continuity, balancing the organization’s values and core programming, to facilitate a smooth-running institution in service of students and other stakeholders.
• Schedule routine policy review cycles to ensure the organization is up to date with best practices and technologies to function with operational excellence.

Human Resources

• Work closely with payroll providers and benefits brokers to manage an annual benefits cycle of enrollments and benefits assessments, actively engaging and communicating with staff through a benefits review cycle.

The Role

The Pioneering Intelligence team at Flagship Pioneering builds the digital and AI foundation that accelerates the creation and growth of our companies. We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead a medium sized team of Principal Software Engineers, each operating as the technical authority for their own product area.

This is a non-traditional engineering leadership role. Rather than managing a layered organization, you will build and support a team composed entirely of senior individual contributors operating as technical leads at the highest level. Each engineer owns end-to-end technical decisions, builds hands-on, and engages directly with scientific users. Your job is not to manage their work but to set the conditions in which exceptional engineers do their best work, remove obstacles, raise the collective bar, and translate technical strategy into organizational direction.

You remain technically active. You will contribute to architectural decisions, review complex system designs, and stay close enough to the work to lead credibly. You spend roughly 25% of your time in hands-on technical work. The rest is spent on strategy, people, and organizational leadership: building the team, aligning with product leadership, representing the function to senior stakeholders, and driving the conditions for fast, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

The model is intentionally fluid. Principal Engineers on this team may move between pure IC work and the formal coordination of other resources as project needs evolve, including the management of fully embedded software engineering contractors. Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems to own and evolve our HR systems ecosystem, with primary responsibility for UKG and broad oversight of platforms including Greenhouse and other HR technologies. Role Summary 

The Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems will serve as the business owner for Flagship’s HR systems ecosystem within HR Operations, with primary responsibility for the strategy, administration, optimization, and operational enablement of core HR platforms, including UKG, Greenhouse, and other HR technologies across the employee lifecycle. 

Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Operations & Analytics, this role will partner closely with HR Operations, Talent, Total Rewards, Learning & Culture, Legal, Payroll, Finance, People Analytics, and Enterprise Applications / IT to ensure systems support the HR function in a scalable, compliant, and analytically sound way. 

This leader will help stitch together the HR systems landscape through thoughtful integrations, controls, documentation, and future-state HR tech strategy, while acting as a subject matter expert to IT for implementation and technical design. 

Key Responsibilities 

HR Systems Ownership & Administration 

• Serve as the primary HR business owner for HR systems, with deep ownership of UKG and operational oversight of other HR and talent platforms such as Greenhouse, TalentWall, Crosschq, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pequity, and future tools. 

• Manage day-to-day administration of HR systems, including configuration, permissions, security roles, workflows, testing, issue resolution, release support, and operational documentation. 

• Ensure HR systems are structured and maintained to support scalable service delivery, consistent HR operations, and strong user experience across the employee lifecycle. 

• Maintain system standards, field logic, process flows, and governance documentation to improve consistency and reduce operational ambiguity. 

Systems Architecture, Process Design & Integrations 

• Architect HR systems and processes from an operational perspective, ensuring systems support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, compliance requirements, and service delivery across the employee lifecycle. 

• Design and optimize integrations across the HR systems landscape, including key connections such as UKG-ADP and Greenhouse-UKG, to improve data flow, reduce manual work, and strengthen downstream reporting and controls. 

• Partner with Enterprise Applications / IT to define technical requirements, integration priorities, testing strategy, and implementation needs; serve as the HR SME for system changes and implementations while IT owns technical implementation and vendor management. 

• Be sufficiently hands-on and technically fluent to configure systems directly where appropriate and to effectively guide or direct technical work when builds are completed by IT or other partners. 

• Identify automation opportunities and future-state improvements across HR systems to improve scalability, reduce friction, and support evolving business needs. 

Compliance, Controls & Governance 

• Partner with HR Operations teammates, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are designed and configured to enable compliance, controls, audit readiness, and consistent execution of HR processes. 

• Manage system-enabled governance, including permissions, process controls, documentation logic, policy acknowledgement workflows, and audit-supporting records. 

• Help ensure systems support compliance execution across key areas such as documentation completeness, training administration, process controls, and employee record quality. 

• Support the creation of scalable, system-enabled HR ways of working by translating process requirements into governed workflows and operational logic. 

Analytics Enablement & Data Integrity 

• Partner closely with the People Analytics Manager to ensure HR systems are structured to support reliable reporting, meaningful analytics, and consistent data definitions. 

• Improve data integrity across systems by aligning field design, ownership, process inputs, and integrations to reduce discrepancies and improve trust in people data. 

• Ensure systems are built with analytics needs in mind, and conversely, help refine systems based on reporting and data-quality insights. 

• Support the broader HR function in strengthening compliance intelligence, scalable service delivery, and experience optimization through better system design and cleaner data. 

Cross-Functional Partnership & Change Enablement 

• Build strong working relationships across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other G&A partners to align systems strategy and operational delivery with business needs. 

• Support change enablement through documentation, process clarity, and partnership with HR Operations and other HR team members; formal training delivery is not a core responsibility, but this role will help ensure systems and documentation are set up for successful adoption. 

• Contribute to future-state HR tech strategy, including evaluation of system opportunities and support for upcoming initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated Cryo-EM Microscopist to support cryo-EM workflows from grid vitrification to data collection at Fathem. This role will focus on the production of high quality cryo-EM grids and datasets of biomolecules - including soluble proteins, membrane proteins, and nanoparticles - with a strong emphasis on high-throughput, high-quality data generation. You will work at the intersection of protein biochemistry, structural biology, and AI-driven technology development, building robust grid preparation and imaging workflows that directly feed data into next-generation computational models. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys solving hard biochemical problems and seeing their work rapidly translate into new insights and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Quality Data Generation: Prepare cryo-EM grids and collect data across diverse biomolecular systems—delivering high-quality datasets with speed, consistency, and rigor.
• End-to-End Workflow Execution: Execute across the cryo-EM workflow—from vitrification and grid screening to high-throughput data acquisition on Thermo Fisher microscopes.

About the Position

Dimagi is looking for a Data Engineer II to join our US Solutions Division. This position will be affiliated with our Cambridge, MA office but is open to remote employment within the United States. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility of renewal based on business requirements and mutual interest. 

The Data Engineer II will be part of Dimagi’s US Solutions Division Data & Analytics team, a group of engineers and data specialists responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving Dimagi’s Data Platform in support of current and future project work. The primary technologies used by the current data platform are Snowflake, Tableau, and various AWS cloud tools. In this role, you will contribute hands-on to the design, implementation, and operation of data pipelines, warehouse transformations, data visualizations, and supporting infrastructure, while working closely with technical leadership to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs. The data systems you help build and maintain will directly support public health and human services programs, enabling frontline teams and government partners to deliver care and services more effectively.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work in a small, collaborative environment. As a member of a lean team, you will be expected to work across functional areas, adapt quickly to new problem spaces, and contribute meaningfully to data systems that support real-world service delivery and decision-making.  This role assumes comfort using AI-assisted tools to support analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and learning in a complex technical environment.

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to the technical integrity and evolution of the Data Platform tech stack, working closely with other Data Engineers, the Director of Technology, and the USS Tech Lead.

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar technical role, with a proven track record of designing and evolving scalable data systems.
• Experience building maintainable, long-term technical solutions using software development best practices (version control, testing, and iterative development).
• Hands-on expertise in building and managing production-grade pipelines using ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Prefect, Fivetran, or Talend).
• Strong proficiency with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.) and a diverse range of data ingestion, processing, and storage technologies.

The expected base salary range for the role is $100,000 to $140,000, with a target commission of $90,000 to $150,000, for a total on-target range of $230,000 to $290,000 OTE. About the Role

The Flagship Data Platform is a shared data platform that helps Flagship companies move faster by providing secure, well-governed access to trusted data across the portfolio

As (Senior) Director, Product Manager for the Data Platform, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution from early use cases through scaled adoption. You will work closely with software and ML engineers, UX, scientists, and senior stakeholders across multiple companies to turn ambiguous, high value opportunities into clear, high impact products that accelerate science and decision making.

You are comfortable operating in a dynamic, highly interdisciplinary environment and can move fluidly between strategy, discovery, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap, setting metrics and priorities to maximize impact
• Rapidly drive product discovery, from user research and problem framing to prototyping and validation
• Align priorities with an empowered technical lead
• Use product analytics, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to inform decisions
• Align and communicate results to stakeholders
• Define and use metrics to ensure engagement and user value

Qualifications

• 7+ years product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• Experience building data platforms, APIs, or infrastructure-adjacent products
• Strong understanding of data architectures, pipelines, and governed access
• Proven ability to ship iteratively using product analytics and user research
• Deep skill in discovery, prioritization, and problem framing under ambiguity
• Experience applying LLMs or agentic systems to product definition and prototyping
• Effective collaborator across engineering, science, UX, and ML teams
• Leads through influence and communicates clearly with senior stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Experience in biotech, computational biology, drug discovery, or scientific software.
• Experience taking products from 0→1 and then scaling them through high growth phases.
• Experience in startup, innovation-intensive, or venture/incubator environments, or in building new product lines inside larger organizations.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or developer/platform products.
• Strength in customer discovery, storytelling, and translating complex technical or scientific concepts for varied audiences.

Near Term Objectives and Outcomes

In the first 6–12 months, success looks like:

• The Data Platform is an AI-native platform that delivers clear, differentiated value to teams across the Flagship portfolio.
• The platform integrates proprietary agentic AI systems
• Product priorities are consistently aligned to real usage, governance requirements, and demand, resulting in predictable delivery and measurable adoption
• Product success is measured and managed through a shared, user-centered operating model with PI leadership and key sponsors.

The Position: 

The Sr. Manager or Associate Director of Business Development, depending on experience, will be a core part of the team responsible for strengthening our business through helping capture and implement learnings about the biopharma deal environment by operationalizing BD processes and analytics for Flagship and our ecosystem companies. This role will report to the Director of BD and will be critical in accelerating the growth of the FSP BD team. This individual should have a passion for working at the intersection of science and business and have an analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline driven environment. This individual should have a can-do attitude, be open to change and be excited about understanding the biopharma business development landscape. 

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to: 

• Actively participate in the analytics of an effective and efficient business development effort/team 
• Lead pharma profiling in terms of characterizing their positioning in the partnering landscape, understanding their structure and decision-making process, capturing the knowledge gained from deepening FSP relationships and driving additional knowledge capture on behalf of FSP and our companies 
• Own pharma contact interface and leverage for BD analytics 
• Prepare opportunity assessments with scientific/portfolio rationale, partnership framework and financial assessment, analysis of competitive landscape and comparable deal terms 
• Build internal champions to amplify FSP BD reach, including for biopharma account management and ask KOLs for data review 
• Support deal activities including campaign design, outreach, tracking, deal structure design, term sheet assessment, research planning 
• Track progress, including coordinating the definition and reporting of the KPIs, as well as leading periodic health checks to monitor the strength and effectiveness of the partnership 
• Build strategy for and communication of intelligence acquisition gained through medical conference attendance, analyst report review 
• Partner with CBDO to own and share history and best practices across the ecosystem   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years life sciences experience in a business development function in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company, Life Science Consulting form or biopharma investment banking 
• Knowledgeable about trends and technologies in biopharmaceutical R&D and partnering 
• Comfort in the start-up environment, passion for understanding emerging data and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment 

Basic Qualifications: 

• BS or other graduate degree in the life sciences required 
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical R&D, the drug development process, and the role and processes of business development 
• Excellent analytical/quantitative, conceptual problem-solving, organizational and time management skills and are comfortable working independently 
• Clear communicator in writing and speech and creative in terms of visual presentation of trends and data 
• Strong attention to detail
