About the Team
As part of our team, you'll leverage your diverse skills to support both Software Engineers and QA Engineers, tackling the daily challenges of their roles. Your specialist knowledge, combined with the use of AI technologies, will be invaluable in suggesting improvements to enhance quality and streamline workflows, ensuring we continue to exceed our customers' expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to tools and technology
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to understand and deliver AI-based solutions.

- Debug failing tests to improve the quality of automated test tools and frameworks
- Conduct code reviews for improve code quality and optimization

We're excited if you have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation systems
- 3+ years of Python programming experience
- 2+ years of experience developing test plans and test cases
- Ability to write simple Python scripts to preprocess data or interact with ML APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with remote teams
- Some knowledge of continuous integration tools (Jenkins/Hudson, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle)
- Hands on experience and proficiency in Linux/Unix systems

Roku’s embedded software automation and tools team has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in building automation framework and tools for embedded devices. The role involves developing and maintaining software and tools that help various internal teams to test and manage Roku’s products. Working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance existing automation toolset with new capabilities and advanced features that empower all engineering and accelerate validation efforts for SW releases.

You will work cross-functionally with various engineering teams, using your automation tooling expertise to help both firmware developers and QA to create and deliver the highest quality products that provide valuable end-user feedback to improve customer experience. This position requires Python expertise with strong experience using web frameworks, excellent debugging, written, and organizational skills. - Develop and release new E2E automation support and tools

- 10+ years of programming experience, preferably with Python
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Proficient in Linux, Python-based test automation frameworks, and tools using REST APIs
- Hands-on experience in development/integration of E2E test automation frameworks and tools for embedded software devices
- Proficient use of AI tools and technologies with a proven track record as a promoter and advocate for AI adoption in software development and testing automation.
- Agentic workflow familiarity: Working knowledge of multi-step AI orchestration frameworks and the practical use of AI agents to support and streamline day-to-day development workflows.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining web-based tools using JavaScript and React/Next.js
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment via AWS or GCP cloud technologies
- Experience with unit testing frameworks – pytest/pyunit and Cypress for UI testing
- Experience developing web applications using Flask, FastAPI, Django, and Nginx
- Knowledge in using AI for increasing test automation coverage and productivity
- Experience with retail Consumer Electronic (CE) devices, ideally in the Over The Top (OTT) streaming domain

About the Team
The DMP team plays a critical role in Roku’s Advertising organization, leading initiatives around audience management that power decision-making across the advertising ecosystem. We develop and manage products that enable advanced segmentation and audience management for advertisers while meeting the operational needs of internal teams.
We work closely with Product Managers, Machine Learning, Ad Sales, Ads Operations, and multiple groups within Advertising Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in big data technologies, including Apache Spark and Apache Airflow. This hybrid position bridges software engineering and data engineering, requiring the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable systems for both application development and large-scale data processing.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and manage robust, production-grade data products and APIs that power critical capabilities across the advertising platform. You will work with technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, ScyllaDB/Cassandra, Aerospike, Kubernetes, and SpringBoot to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

Big Data Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.

Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Develop and fine-tune complex queries using Apache Spark for large-scale datasets.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
API and Platform Development

Design, Development, and maintain large scale, low latency API systems using SpringBoot and Kubernetes

Maintain NoSQL Infrastructure including ScyllaDB and Aerospike
Collaboration & Mentorship

8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering with expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow.

About the Team
The Ads Analytics team plays a critical role in Roku’s Advertising organization, leading measurement and analytics initiatives that power decision-making across the advertising ecosystem. We develop and manage products that deliver actionable insights for advertisers while meeting the operational and analytical needs of internal business teams.
We work closely with Product Managers, Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Data Science, and multiple other software teams within the Advertising Engineering organization to deliver high-impact solutions.

About the Role
We are seeking a high skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in API Development using Spring Boot while also possessing knowledge of Apache Spark-based Big Data pipelines using Airflow. This hybrid position bridges software engineering and data engineering, requiring the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable systems for both application development and large-scale data processing.
You will communicate and collaborate heavily with both business and engineering to ensure high quality standards and overall project delivery success. 8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering with expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow.

The Advertising Performance group focuses on performance for all participants in the Advertising ecosystem - Advertisers, Publishers and Roku. The systems and solutions span across different disciplines and technologies to perform realtime multi-objective optimization with distributed systems at large scale and low latencies. We use Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI, Control and Optimization Systems and Auction Dynamics to solve a large set of complex problems. At the core of this is our Machine Learning, Experimentation and Inference Platform that powers the entire landscape which we continuously evolve over time.
About the role
In this role you will build teams focused on the Ads Auction and Marketplace to optimize yield, gross profit, perform realtime multi-objective optimization across various short and long term objectives, build control and simulation systems, design and run experiments and extend the experimentation framework.
You will partner closely with other Engineering, Inventory and Product teams to define the vision and strategy for your group and to build and deliver the roadmap.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of real-time ads auction systems powering Roku’s CTV advertising across The Roku Channel and the Roku platform.
- Own and enhance core auction capabilities including ad pod construction, bid evaluation, ranking, pricing, pacing, budget enforcement, and frequency capping.

- Drive yield optimization through auction design, demand shaping, floor strategies, and pricing experiments.

- Ensure auction correctness, fairness, explainability, and transparency, while maintaining compliance with privacy, regulatory, and brand-safety requirements.

About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, Android on the Roku Mobile App team, you will help shape the future of how millions of users interact with their Roku Streaming Devices. You’ll work on building intuitive, reliable, and highly performant Android experiences that allow customers to monitor and control Roku streaming devices from TVs to Players and beyond.

- Design and build advanced applications and features for the Android platform
- Integrate with cloud APIs and local device communication protocols to control smart devices
- Write and maintain tests using frameworks such as JUnit and Espresso

About the Role
We are building a next-generation observability and cloud platform that is high-performance, cost-efficient, secure, and scalable across multi-region, multi-cloud clusters. You will lead the architecture and evolution of Roku’s observability and cloud infrastructure stack. This includes metrics, logs, traces, telemetry pipelines, service mesh, developer experience, and reliability of systems that power thousands of services and millions of devices.
You will drive a vision where developers gain deep visibility with minimal overhead, onboarding is seamless, and insights are available in real time. Your work will directly help Roku scale efficiently while maintaining reliability, cost control, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect and lead Roku’s observability platform across metrics, logs, and traces; evolve data pipelines and storage layers optimized for high throughput, performance, and cost at Roku scale (TSDBs, Parquet, distributed processing).
- Extend and harden open‑source observability systems; overhaul core components (e.g., storage layers, query paths) to improve performance, reliability, and usability at scale.
- Implement features such as pre‑aggregation, down-sampling, and sampling to reduce load and accelerate queries across the platform.
- Collaborate across platform, SRE, and product teams to migrate hundreds of workloads to our common platform; augment and automate CI/CD flows and onboarding.
- Integrate security into infrastructure and platform services; ensure robust multi‑tenant, multi‑cluster, and multi‑cloud designs.
- Contribute improvements back to open source and CNCF‑aligned projects; shape standards adoption (OpenTelemetry, OpenMetrics) across the company.
- Mentor engineers; establish best practices for reliability, efficiency, and cost management across service mesh and observability domains.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead design and architecture for core Roku OS UI frameworks and components, setting performance, reliability, and accessibility bars across millions of devices; drive cross‑team alignment with platform, firmware, and product partners.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑release UI initiatives, from requirements and technical strategy through implementation, instrumentation, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
- Make deep contributions across our stack: C++ for embedded/UI systems, BrightScript for app/channel surfaces, and TypeScript for developer tooling and UI apps; proactively improve APIs, test coverage, and observability.
- Define and implement performance architectures for rendering, layout, and animation; establish metrics, profiling methods, and regression gates for startup time, frame pacing, memory, and power.
- Mentor and level up engineers via design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance; elevate engineering standards, documentation, and operational excellence across Cambridge and partner sites
- Influence roadmap and sequencing with data: design experiments, analyze telemetry, and steer fast iterations that measurably improve UX quality and reliability.
- Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for high‑visibility UI issues; drive long‑term fixes that harden systems and reduce recurrence.
We’re Excited If You Have
- 5+ years building production UI or UI‑adjacent systems with advanced C++ on embedded/consumer devices; demonstrated leadership owning ambiguous problem spaces and delivering 0→1 as well as 1→N evolutions.
- Extensive programming experience with C++ and Embedded Linux or Native Application development; in‑depth understanding of Linux (tools, libraries, build systems) and open‑source development workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership across C++, BrightScript, and TypeScript, including architectural design, API definition, and high‑quality implementation spanning firmware‑adjacent and app/tooling layers.
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted programming (e.g., code generation, review, test scaffolding) applied responsibly to improve developer velocity, quality, and maintainability.
- Deep expertise in UI performance engineering: rendering pipelines, layout/animation systems, memory/CPU profiling, frame pacing, and low‑latency optimizations on constrained hardware.
- Strong memory management and multi‑threaded development skills, with practical experience in synchronization, contention reduction, and concurrency debugging.
- Experience with OpenGL and DirectFB for graphics pipelines and rendering on embedded Linux targets.
- Experience building or evolving UI frameworks, reusable component libraries, SDKs, and developer tools used by multiple teams, with attention to API ergonomics, backward compatibility, and maintainability.
- Embedded and consumer electronics experience, ideally shipping features across diverse hardware configurations and markets.
- Ability to estimate software tasks accurately, manage dependencies, and deliver to schedule in fast‑moving environments.
- Proven mentorship and technical leadership: facilitating design reviews, leading cross‑functional discussions, aligning stakeholders, and guiding engineers to deliver high‑impact outcomes.

- Work closely with product development, platform services, and release management teams to contribute extensively to our embedded UI development and underlying architecture
- Integrate third-party C++ libraries
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues within the Roku Platform
We’re excited if you have
- Relevant software development experience and a proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality software on an embedded platform.
- Extensive programming experience with C++ and Embedded Linux or Native Application Development
- In-depth understanding of Linux, tools, libraries, and open source development
- Proficiency in AI Assisted programming
- Understanding of API design considerations and tradeoffs
- Familiarity with tools and libraries such as Boost, PlayReady, ALSA, DIAL a plus

About the Team
The International TV Software team at Roku develops and delivers software for television platforms across international markets, with a focus on Europe and Australia. The team works closely with SOC partners to bring new TV products to market, develops software to meet regional broadcast standards, and supports certification with organizations such as ETV, the BBC, and DTG. The team operates across both new platform development and common software development projects, contributing to greenfield features as well as the ongoing evolution of Roku’s international TV software ecosystem. About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Regional TV Software team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of software for regional TV platforms, working on both new TV platform projects and new software development projects. You will collaborate with SOC vendors, support certification processes with UK and European broadcast organizations, and help define and build new software features. This is a great opportunity for an engineer early in their career who is curious, collaborative, and motivated to grow across multiple areas of a complex software system.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining software for regional TV platforms (Europe and Australia), covering the full lifecycle from requirements definition to greenfield feature implementation.

About the role
As a Video Encoding Engineer, you will build, optimize, and maintain high-performance video processing workflows. You will own our end-to-end encoding toolchain—from experimentation and profile tuning to automated packaging workflows—ensuring our content is delivered with maximum quality, reliability, and efficiency.
You will work closely with the team on key video services projects around video ingestion, encoding, VoD/live-linear, Server-Side Ads Insertion, and Video QoS, with the goal of delivering a best-in-class streaming TV experience across all Roku devices. The projects that you will work on will impact millions of Roku users around the world. - Design, build, optimize, and maintain FFmpeg-based encoding pipelines for both VOD and Live workflows, operating at scale in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
- Develop, refine, and validate encoding presets for modern codecs, including H.264, HEVC, and AV1, ensuring optimal quality-to-bitrate performance
- Implement advanced encoding strategies such as multi-pass workflows, CRF tuning, per-title optimizations, and quality-targeted encoding
- Benchmark and evaluate video quality using VMAF and other objective metrics to drive continuous improvements in efficiency and viewing experience
- Build and maintain adaptive streaming packaging workflows, including HLS, DASH, and CMAF, ensuring broad device compatibility and reliable playback
- Profile and optimize system performance by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across compute, storage, and I/O layers

About The Role
As a Senior Security Engineer on the Trust Cloud team, your role involves evaluating, architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end security controls to impact the global user base. A key focus is on developing automated, scalable security solutions to enhance efficiency and protect Roku. This position requires a broad breadth of security expertise across all disciplines of security, including networking, DevSecOps, security tooling implementation, policy and procedure, risk evaluation, etc.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting enterprise, network, and application level security reviews.
- Conducting threat modelling for infrastructure, platform, and application initiatives.
- Planning and overseeing execution of security initiatives and projects
- Partnering with infrastructure, platform, and application teams to embed security into application architectures and deployment workflows as part of a robust Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Improving IAM policies, network configurations, DNS security, and cloud resource management practices.
- Designing and implementing integrations with third-party security platforms to automate vulnerability management, secure secret handling, and cloud posture monitoring, ensuring findings are actionable and seamlessly integrated into engineering workflows.
- Responding to security incidents to triage, contain, remediate, and report.
- Leveraging AI to accelerate your learning and enhance your work products.
- Driving security initiatives end-to-end — from identifying risks to delivering solutions — with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
- Automating vulnerability detection, misconfiguration checks, and compliance validation across cloud and containerised environments.
- Creating reusable security automation modules, templates, and patterns for engineering teams to adopt.

About the Role
You will be a SME and technical leader in engineering Infrastructure, productivity and enterprise tooling, partnering with globally distributed Engineering, Product and Security teams and systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Roku is seeking a world class engineer to be a true force multiplier by owning the strategy, architecture, and long-term execution of engineering infrastructure, enterprise tooling, and AI-assisted workflow automation. This architect/strategist role drives org-wide improvements in engineering productivity, delivery throughput, quality, security posture, and cost efficiency by building platforms, working practices and automation (including AI/LLM-enabled capabilities) that scale across geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
AI-First Automation & Intelligent Tooling
- Define and lead an AI-first automation roadmap for Engineering Infrastructure and Enterprise Tooling (e.g., reducing waste, accelerating reviews, improving incident response, increasing release confidence).
- Architect and ship AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation across the SDLC (e.g. risk assessment, automated build, test and deployment, intelligent test selection, change-impact analysis, auto-triage of build/test failures).
- Establish policies and guardrails for AI usage in internal tools: data handling, prompt/response logging, model/provider selection, evaluation, fallback behaviors, and abuse prevention.
Dev Productivity & Enterprise Tooling (Global Scale)
- Set technical direction and standards for the globally used developer tools, including build systems. Source code management, branching/release strategy, and self-service support tools.
- Architect and evolve, CI/CD and build/test pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and build systems (Bazel /BitBake/Yocto preferred) to support multi-site engineering environments.
- Own and scale test and quality workflows leveraging test management systems (e.g., TestRail or equivalent), enabling consistent traceability, reporting, and release sign-off across distributed teams.
- Drive Jira workflow design and automation (templates, guardrails, integrations) to provide consistent cross-org visibility and execution.
Workflow Automation (Cross-Functional, Cross-Geo)
- Design and implement automation spanning Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partners (e.g., launch readiness, certification/release checklists, partner onboarding, incident/change workflows).
- Replace manual coordination with durable automation and integrations that work reliably across regions/time zones.
Security, Cost, Performance, and Reliability (Distributed Systems)
- Embed secure-by-default controls into pipelines and tooling (access control, secrets handling, audit trails, policy enforcement), including for AI-enabled systems.
- Improve build/test performance and reliability (build times, test duration, flake reduction, pipeline stability) using measurable KPIs and operational rigor.
- Drive cost efficiencies across tooling/infrastructure (compute utilization, caching strategies, license rationalization including AI/runtime costs and ROI tracking.
- This is a highly visible role and you will report directly to a Vice President of Engineering. This requires a very strong technical leader with experience in the development of consumer electronics devices. The right person for this role will have ability to collaborate well with engineering and partner teams.
- Own cross-team architectures and standards; drive adoption through influence, clear technical judgment, and sustained multi-quarter execution.
- Lead design reviews, mentor senior engineers, and unblock the hardest technical problems across distributed teams and systems.
- Provide long-term stewardship via roadmaps, operational maturity (runbooks/SLOs), and incident/postmortem practices suitable for 24/7 global operations.

- Prior experience at Staff, Principal, or Architect level
- Ownership in platform/infrastructure, developer productivity, CI/CD, build systems, or workflow automation, including work spanning globally distributed teams and systems.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of:

- Extensive experience with software development on embedded Linux, multi-process architectures and IPC mechanisms
- Experience working in large cross functional teams and ability to influence teams that don't report to you

About the Role
You will be a SME and technical leader in engineering Infrastructure, productivity and enterprise tooling, partnering with globally distributed Engineering, Product and Security teams and systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Roku is seeking a world class engineer to be a true force multiplier by owning the strategy, architecture, and long-term execution of engineering infrastructure, enterprise tooling, and AI-assisted workflow automation. This architect/strategist role drives org-wide improvements in engineering productivity, delivery throughput, quality, security posture, and cost efficiency by building platforms, working practices and automation (including AI/LLM-enabled capabilities) that scale across geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
AI-First Automation & Intelligent Tooling
- Define and lead an AI-first automation roadmap for Engineering Infrastructure and Enterprise Tooling (e.g., reducing waste, accelerating reviews, improving incident response, increasing release confidence).
- Architect and ship AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation across the SDLC (e.g. risk assessment, automated build, test and deployment, intelligent test selection, change-impact analysis, auto-triage of build/test failures).
- Establish policies and guardrails for AI usage in internal tools: data handling, prompt/response logging, model/provider selection, evaluation, fallback behaviors, and abuse prevention.
Dev Productivity & Enterprise Tooling (Global Scale)
- Set technical direction and standards for the globally used developer tools, including build systems. Source code management, branching/release strategy, and self-service support tools.
- Architect and evolve, CI/CD and build/test pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and build systems (Bazel /BitBake/Yocto preferred) to support multi-site engineering environments.
- Own and scale test and quality workflows leveraging test management systems (e.g., TestRail or equivalent), enabling consistent traceability, reporting, and release sign-off across distributed teams.
- Drive Jira workflow design and automation (templates, guardrails, integrations) to provide consistent cross-org visibility and execution.
Workflow Automation (Cross-Functional, Cross-Geo)
- Design and implement automation spanning Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partners (e.g., launch readiness, certification/release checklists, partner onboarding, incident/change workflows).
- Replace manual coordination with durable automation and integrations that work reliably across regions/time zones.
Security, Cost, Performance, and Reliability (Distributed Systems)
- Embed secure-by-default controls into pipelines and tooling (access control, secrets handling, audit trails, policy enforcement), including for AI-enabled systems.
- Improve build/test performance and reliability (build times, test duration, flake reduction, pipeline stability) using measurable KPIs and operational rigor.
- Drive cost efficiencies across tooling/infrastructure (compute utilization, caching strategies, license rationalization including AI/runtime costs and ROI tracking.
- This is a highly visible role and you will report directly to a Vice President of Engineering. This requires a very strong technical leader with experience in the development of consumer electronics devices. The right person for this role will have ability to collaborate well with engineering and partner teams.
- Own cross-team architectures and standards; drive adoption through influence, clear technical judgment, and sustained multi-quarter execution.
- Lead design reviews, mentor senior engineers, and unblock the hardest technical problems across distributed teams and systems.
- Provide long-term stewardship via roadmaps, operational maturity (runbooks/SLOs), and incident/postmortem practices suitable for 24/7 global operations.

The role:
Revenue Operations is the engine room of Proton’s go-to-market. We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the systems that power it: the data, workflows, dashboards, and AI-native infrastructure that make every BDR, AE, and CSM faster every quarter.
This is a senior IC role. You’ll write the workflows, build the dashboards, and ship the systems yourself, partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, CS, and Finance. Today, much of this work runs through an external agency. You’ll absorb that scope, exceed it, and go far beyond — into clean data architecture, forecasting, deal desk, comp, and AI-native ops that compound over time.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI agents from scratch that autonomously run GTM workflows: lead enrichment and scoring, outbound campaign generation, pipeline hygiene, signal monitoring, forecast updates, comp queries, deal desk triage
- Own the HubSpot stack end-to-end: data models, automations, reporting. You read every release note and ship the workflow by Friday
- Build outbound automation, enrichment pipelines, signal-driven plays, and lead scoring in Clay. Ship clean systems without over-engineering
- Own CRM hygiene end-to-end: dedupe, validation rules, field governance, ownership integrity, so dashboards, forecasts, and outbound plays sit on data reps actually trust.
- Instrument the lead → opportunity → closed-won funnel and own pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, and segment-level performance
- Build new-business and net revenue retention forecast models the executive team trusts in board prep, with documented and defensible assumptions
- Design territory, coverage, and governance: accurate segmentation, clean ownership transitions, documented operating rhythms
- Stay on the cutting edge of agentic AI: model capabilities, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, evals, and bring what you learn into production fast
- Build reusable agent infrastructure and documentation so the GTM team can operate and trust what you’ve built
- Take projects from 0→1: prototyping, deployment, monitoring, iteration
You’ll thrive if:

Senior Engineer, AI & Automation Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
Position Summary:
Flagship Pioneering is building the infrastructure and engineering foundation to make AI a force multiplier across the company. This role sits within IT's Digital Platforms team and operates at the intersection of AI infrastructure, automation engineering, and enterprise use case delivery. You'll work directly with the Enterprise AI team and Digital Platforms to productionize AI capabilities at scale, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) builds and integrations, agentic tooling, and cross-functional automation pipelines.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role. You will own the build and deployment of AI-powered workflows and systems across business functions, from intake through production. You'll also help establish the platform and tooling foundations that enable the broader organization to operate AI responsibly and at speed.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI use cases across Flagship business functions, including finance, legal, HR, research, and operations
- Maintain AI infrastructure and automation platforms: MCP server builds and integrations, agentic frameworks, LLM (Large Language Model) orchestration, and low-code/no-code tooling (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
- Partner with the Enterprise AI Lead to scope and accelerate the AI use case portfolio, moving requests from triage to production
- Build and maintain integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Slack, M365, and others)
- Establish MLOps platform to establish deployment, observability and feedback loops for deployed AI workflows: usage monitoring, output quality tracking, and prompt iteration cycles
- Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled SaaS tools, including proof-of-concept builds and vendor assessments
- Contribute to AI governance infrastructure: usage monitoring, ZDR (Zero Data Retention) compliance checks, sandbox governance, and documentation

What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of technical delivery experience
- At least 4 years of software (python preferred) and automation engineering experience, with experience building and shipping LLM-based systems to production
- At least 2 years' experience with cloud first architectures (AWS preferred)
- At least 2 years' experience building and launching applications and solutions using standard DevOps and MLOps tools.
- Hands-on development experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-step agentic workflows
- Building experience with MCP and other agentic tool frameworks
- Familiarity with maintaining RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, and document ingestion pipelines

We are looking for an embedded software engineer to join the IoT group that builds the software for the microcontroller-based sensor hardware designed and manufactured in-house. Our products offer an interesting engineering challenge: microcontrollers with just a few hundred kilobytes of RAM and code space must collect data from sensors such as accelerometers and GPS, communicate with back-end systems over the Internet and nearby devices with Bluetooth, perform over-the-air upgrades with new firmware, and manage cryptographically-secured storage – all while using so little power that they can run for years on a battery.
CMT is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to help us change the world. CMT has helped protect over 65 million drivers and prevent over 126,000 crashes worldwide. Responsibilities:
- You will be collaborating with colleagues in the firmware group as we build new features and entirely new products together: deciding on the right software architecture, writing code and tests, measuring key metrics such as power use, and keeping the codebase healthy in the face of increasing complexity. The Team

As a member of the drivers and utilities team you will contribute to the planning, design, implementation and testing of low level kernel drivers and user space driver library code. You will be part of one of the two teams in the system software department (the firmware team being the other one) and report to the drivers and utilities team manager.

The drivers and utilities team forms part of the system software group – working closely with both software engineers developing our Poplar SDK and with silicon and hardware engineers developing Graphcore’s IPU solution. - Design, implement, test and document OS Kernel and Device Driver software at the highest standard using C/C++/Python programming languages

The Role:
We are expanding and looking for an experienced DFT engineers to join the Silicon team. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on next-generation AI designs targeted for data centers applications.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up with the latest industry trends in DFT domain and help adopt the latest DFT techniques and methodologies
- Work closely with design, verification, physical design and product engineering teams to integrate DFT requirements into the overall design process
- Define and implement DFT architecture and features for next-generation AI designs and support their verification effort
- Develop efficient DFT flows and methodology compatible with silicon design flows
- Work with 3rd party IPs to integrate the provided design into the DFT infrastructure
- Generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve test coverage

- Very good understanding of DFT components like JTAG (IEEE 1149.x), IJTAG (IEEE P1687), Core Test (IEEE P1500), SSN (Streaming Scan Network), Test Compression, OCC etc.
- Experience on developing DFT specifications and driving the implementation of the DFT features
- Experience in MBIST and BISR implementation and verification is desired
- Solid understanding of design verification methodologies for validating the DFT features using simulation in pre-silicon designs
- Exposure to STA constraints development and analysis for DFT modes and SDF simulations would be a plus
- Experience in Scan based testing and industry standard ATPG tools
- Knowledge of ATPG pattern verification and gate-level simulation flows using Synopsys VCS and Verdi or other EDA tools
- Very good knowledge of Digital Integrated Circuits and Systems
- Hands-on experience with Verilog RTL coding and familiarity with System Verilog
- Strong scripting and debugging skills using programming languages like Python, TCL, Perl, Shell etc.

The Team
The physical design team sits within the wider silicon design team which includes RTL, verification and DFT and with whom we collaborate extensively. We are responsible for working with those teams to create high-quality RTL and then to build the final chip layout (e.g. GDSII) ensuring a signoff-quality design is delivered to the Foundry (e.g. TSMC).

Applicants will be expected to contribute technically to the development of Graphcore's next generation of AI superchips, focusing on achieving robust, high-performance and power-efficient designs in leading-edge process technologies while meeting ambitious development schedules. Job Summary
Reporting to a Team Lead in the frameworks team you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, optimising, maintaining and supporting the software required to ensure the machine learning accelerators that Graphcore develop enjoy first-class support in state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Triton (note: “Triton” here refers to the Triton language/compiler and not the inference framework).
This role sees you joining our Triton team, where you will be part of a SCRUM team working on delivering new features, optimise performance, reviewing code changes, writing technical documentation, working with upstream communities, maintaining the code base and supporting users.
In this role you will closely collaborate with other engineers, both within the Triton team as well as other engineering teams. You help the team coordinate and deliver complex, open-ended technical tasks. You are pro-active and an excellent communicator. You will develop deep expertise in the Triton project and will (in time) contribute to the team’s technical direction and processes. Job Summary
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Applied AI team at Graphcore, you will contribute to advancing AI technology by developing and optimising AI models tailored to our specialised hardware. You will work on large scale systems where performance is critical to the success of our projects. Working closely with the Software development and Research teams, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate Graphcore’s technology. We seek engineers with strong technical skills and an understanding of AI model implementation at scale, eager to make a tangible impact in this rapidly evolving field.
The Team
The Applied AI team’s role is to be proxies for our customers, we need to understand the latest AI models, applications, and software to ensure that Graphcore’s technology works seamlessly with the AI ecosystem and at scale. We build reference applications, contribute to key software libraries e.g. optimising kernels for efficiency on our hardware, and collaborate with the Research team to develop and publish novel ideas in domains such as efficient compute, model scaling and distributed training and inference of AI models for multiple modalities and applications.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement latest machine learning models and optimise them for performance and accuracy, scaling to 1000s of accelerators.
- Test and evaluate new internal software releases, provide feedback to software engineering teams, make necessary code fixes, and conduct code reviews.
- Benchmark models and key ML techniques to identify performance bottlenecks and improve model efficiency.
- Design and conduct experiments on novel AI methods, implement them and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with Research, Software, and Product teams to define, build, and test Graphcore’s next generation of AI hardware.
- Engage with AI community and keep in touch with the latest developments in AI.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Bachelor/Master's/PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/JAX.
- Strong Python or C++ software development skills
- Expertise in deep learning from model training to optimisation and evaluation.
- Experience in distributed training or inference of ML models across 64+ accelerators.
- Capable of designing, executing and reporting from ML experiments.
- Developed deep understanding of performance bottlenecks and how to overcome them.
- Ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment
- Enjoy cross-functional work collaborating with other teams.
- Strong communicator - able to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
Desirable:
- Experience in one or more of:
- MLOps for Kubernetes-based clusters
- Building production systems with large language models
- Efficient computing based on low-precision arithmetic.
- Experience writing C++/Triton/CUDA kernels for performance optimisation of ML models.
- Familiarity with HPC systems and networking including Infiniband, NVLink, RoCE technologies.
- Have contributed to open-source projects or published research papers in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
- Keen to present, publish and deliver talks in the AI community.

Lead architectural direction

Partner deeply with product leadership
- Influence product strategy across CPQ, Buyer Portal, and Revenue OS.

Raise the bar across the org
- Mentor senior engineers and tech leads.
- Drive thoughtful design decisions and guide learnings from incidents and large migrations.
- Help teams align on patterns that reduce complexity and increase reliability.
