About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain a resilient, scalable infrastructure supporting our applications across multiple cloud providers. In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure solutions, automate operational processes, and work closely with development teams to ensure reliable, efficient systems that scale with our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo and CircleCI to enable rapid, reliable deployments
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production environments, ensuring high availability and optimal resource utilization
• Administer and optimize cloud databases including MongoDB, Redis, RDS, and other data stores for performance and reliability
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to identify and resolve issues before they impact users
• Automate routine operational tasks to reduce manual toil and improve system reliability
• Conduct incident response and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to design systems with reliability, scalability, and operational excellence in mind
• Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Demonstrated expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, particularly Argo and/or CircleCI
• Solid understanding of database technologies including MongoDB, Redis, and relational databases (RDS)
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
• Experience implementing and managing OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for distributed tracing, metrics, and logging
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Knowledge of security hardening and compliance in cloud environments
• Experience with cost optimization in cloud infrastructure
• Contributions to open-source infrastructure or DevOps projects
• Certifications from major cloud providers

We seek a Principal QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Cypress, JavaScript/TypeScript, and proven experience working in AI-driven applications within an AWS cloud environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of quality engineering, automation strategy, and modern AI integration. As a senior technical leader, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of a robust test automation framework, ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines, and bring forward-thinking approaches to testing intelligent, adaptive systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end test automation frameworks using Cypress with TypeScript.
• Define quality strategies for applications with AI/ML components, including deterministic and non-deterministic testing approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to ensure quality across AI-infused features in production environments.
• Build and scale testing strategies for threaded AI applications running in AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable deployments.
• Mentor and guide mid- and senior-level QA engineers, setting best practices and driving a culture of quality-first development.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve test coverage, performance, and developer experience.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure testability and reliability are baked into software designs from the start.
• Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and communicate risk and coverage to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress for UI and end-to-end automation testing.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and Python
• Proven experience testing AI-powered or machine learning applications, including AI model validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS) and how to validate applications deployed in cloud environments.
• Experience with threaded/multi-agent AI tools and how they impact test design and validation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of AI model evaluation, model versioning, and monitoring tools (e.g., SageMaker, MLflow, LangChain, Vector Databases).
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Background in testing non-deterministic systems, including applying statistical or heuristic testing approaches.
• Contributions to open-source testing or AI tools are a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on 90% Automation and 10% Exploratory/Manual Testing.

You will work within an existing test automation framework, focusing on expanding coverage, improving flaky tests continuously, maintaining the health of our CI/CD pipelines, and identifying extensions in the framework to support commerce e2e tests. Partner with the Test Automation team to align on framework improvements and architectural changes, requesting and/or implementing the extensions needed to support complex commerce testing scenarios.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Test Development & Maintenance: Write, optimize, and maintain automated E2E test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript. You will focus on script stability, using best practices to eliminate flakiness.
• Exploratory Testing: Perform manual exploratory testing on new features to uncover edge cases, logic gaps, and usability issues that automated checks might miss.
• Pipeline Health: Monitor and troubleshoot test execution in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI). You are responsible for analyzing failure logs and ensuring rapid feedback for the nightly smoke/regression tests and builds.
• Framework Collaboration: Act as a primary consumer of our internal automation framework. You will identify the gaps in the framework, propose solutions, and collaborate with the Test Automation Team to review and implement the proposed solutions.
• Defect Reporting: Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots, working closely with developers to verify fixes.
