The Climate team’s goal is to get carbon removal on its best possible trajectory to increase the likelihood that the world builds the carbon removal capacity needed to reach these climate goals.
In 2021 we launched Stripe Climate enabling merchants to direct a fraction of their revenue to help scale emerging carbon removal technologies in just a few clicks. In 2022 we launched Frontier, an advance market commitment to buy $1B+ of permanent carbon removal by 2030. Still, carbon removal is in its early innings–to reach the volume of carbon removal the world needs, demand will have to be driven by governments. In 2023, we hired our first policy lead and in 2025 we funded 8 Stripe Climate Fellows to seed ambitious policy ideas. In 2026, we are ramping up our focus on accelerating demand for carbon removal through policy around the world.
As Stripe's senior EU Market Development Lead, this person will set the vision for growing long-term carbon removal demand in the region and partner closely with NGOs and policymakers to help those policies materialize.

The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key role within our Global Services organization, responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients and partners while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
This role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders.
Internally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future-proof use of Zeta’s products.

This Task Order requires travel, consisting of up to 3 visits to NCIA Brussels (one per quarter) for a maximum of one working day each visit. Travel dates will be planned during the Project Kick-off Meeting with NCIA Project Manager. The travel, lodging and associated expenses for travel are included in the price of the bid (NTE), such that the purchaser shall not be invoiced.
Extraordinary Travel (Purchaser Directed Travel) may be required to other NATO or non- ATO locations as necessary. In the event of such unforeseen meetings being called, the cost of all travel and subsistence will be addressed through a contract amendment.
Extraordinary Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of AAS+ Framework Contract. Such costs will be set as a separate PO line with a not to exceed value to cover and reimburse of actual expenses upon submissions of all receipts and invoices in line with NCIA processes.

The GNC team is responsible for the software stack that makes these robots fly, communicate, and operate reliably. As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer I on the GNC team, you'll be a core contributor to this stack. You'll design and build performance-sensitive software across flight modes, communication with ground control stations, telemetry, sensor integration and processing, and the middleware that connects it all. You'll improve the reliability of existing systems and help lay the software foundations for future autonomy capabilities.
This is a software engineering role first — you'll bring robotics domain knowledge and apply it to building a robust, well-architected platform. You'll collaborate closely with firmware, computer vision, and imaging teams across Belgium and Finland, as well as US-based teams for architecture and integration planning.
