Job Summary 

As the Hardware System Test Engineering Manager, you will lead the Hardware System Test Team responsible for developing manufacturing test solutions for High Performance Modules (HPM), Server Blades, and Multi-node racks as part of the production assembly process. You will drive the creation of robust test executive software that sequences tests and integrates test content from multiple internal and external sources. You will guide the development of manufacturing test content and test fixtures informed by a deep understanding of silicon, board, and system design. Working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software teams, you will ensure the right tools and functionality exist to efficiently validate product quality at scale. 

The Team 

The Product Test and Diagnosis team is responsible for identifying and diagnosing hardware defects introduced during the manufacturing process. The team defines, develops, and executes an end-to-end test strategy spanning silicon, board-level assemblies, server blades, and rack-scale systems. Testing is performed across the full product lifecycle, including manufacturing, and deployed field environments. 

Product Test and Diagnosis is part of the Manufacturing Operations organisation, which also comprises Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. The group operates as a global team, with engineers based in the UK (Bristol and Cambridge), Taiwan, India, and the United States. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software test engineers delivering manufacturing test solutions for complex compute systems. 

• Define the manufacturing test strategy and roadmap for High Performance Modules, Server Blades, and Multi-node racks. 

• Own delivery of test executive software used in both manufacturing and lab environments to orchestrate test sequencing, logging, results aggregation, and integration of test content from diverse sources. 

• Partner with internal software, firmware, and platform teams to ensure required hooks, diagnostics, telemetry, and APIs exist to enable effective manufacturing test. 

• Establish best practices for test coverage, traceability, release management, and configuration control of test software and content. 

• Implement metrics and dashboards for manufacturing test (yield, escapes, false fails, coverage, cycle time) and lead continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Drive root-cause analysis of manufacturing failures and field returns, coordinating corrective actions across design, validation, and manufacturing engineering. 

• Own the delivery of manufacturing test fixtures for High Performance Modules and Server Blades, including defining requirements, managing external subcontractors, and ensuring fixtures meet quality, cost, schedule, and production readiness needs. 

• Ensure test solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready, including documentation, training, and support processes for factory deployment. 

• Support supplier/contract manufacturing engagements as needed, including test station readiness, deployment qualification, and ongoing production support. 

Candidate Profile  
 

Essential: 

• Experience developing manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers, accelerators (GPU-class), or comparable large scale compute hardware. 

• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing a mixed hardware/software engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development). 

• Deep technical understanding across silicon, board, and system design sufficient to define effective manufacturing test coverage and guide debug/root-cause analysis. 

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience driving requirements and delivery with internal software/firmware/platform teams to enable testability. 

• Hands-on experience using Linux, OpenBMC, and vendor specific test tools, diagnostics, and system-level utilities to test hardware in lab and manufacturing environments. 

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. 

Desirable: 

• Familiarity with rack-scale/multi-node systems, high-speed interconnects, and production qualification of complex assemblies. 

• Experience improving manufacturing KPIs (yield, test time, false fail reduction) through data-driven process and test optimization. 

• Knowledge of open-source tools commonly used for manufacturing test

About The Team:

The HelloFresh Delivery Network (HFDN) is a critical part of our UK growth strategy, improving customer experience while reducing cost to serve. As we expand the network, we are looking for a Regional Manager for the West, responsible for the performance, stability, and startup/scale-up of three delivery sites, including one small satellite location.This role sits at the heart of execution. You will own day to day regional performance across safety, service, and cost, while also playing a key role in expanding capability, embedding standards, and preparing sites for growth. The role requires a strong grounding in B2C home delivery operations, confidence managing multiple locations, and the ability to translate plans into consistent on-the-ground execution.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end performance across three HFDN sites in the West, ensuring consistent standards despite differences in scale and maturity
• Act as the senior operational lead for the region, accountable for service, cost,  safety, DSPs.
• Stabilise and scale new and smaller sites, ensuring they are operationally sound and aligned to HFDN ways of working
• Oversee final mile delivery operations, from box handover and van loading through to route execution
• Drive delivery accuracy, service reliability, and customer experience across all sites

As a member of the drivers and utilities team you will contribute to the planning, design, implementation and testing of low level kernel drivers and user space driver library code. You will be part of one of the two teams in the system software department (the firmware team being the other one) and report to the drivers and utilities team manager.  

The Team

The drivers and utilities team forms part of the system software group – working closely with both software engineers developing our Poplar SDK and with silicon and hardware engineers developing Graphcore’s IPU solution. The drivers and utilities team develop custom control software on the host in kernel and user space. • Design, implement, test and document OS Kernel and Device Driver software at the highest standard using C/C++/Python programming languages
• Participate in agile development – working as part of a scrum team to develop the right software at pace

• Hands-on during key product development phases involving close working with hardware and silicon engineering groups to enable fast time to market delivery

The Team

Job Summary 

Reporting into the Data & Transformation function, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering cross-functional transformation programmes that improve how Graphcoreoperates day to day. The role owns end-to-end delivery of initiatives that shape business processes, ways of working and change around enterprise platforms and operational activities, partnering closely with teams across IT, Finance, People, Operations and external partners to ensure outcomes are delivered in a structured, effective and sustainable way. 

The Team 

The Data & Transformation team delivers programmes that improve business processes, tooling and ways of working across Graphcore. The team focuses on shaping and landing transformation around systems and operational processes, rather than owning the systems themselves. It works across multiple functions to deliver change successfully, balancing operational needs, governance, user adoption and long-term sustainability. The team partners closely with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, technical teams and external vendors to turn business requirements into well-executed delivery. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, including scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues and decisions. 

• Establish and run effective project governance, including delivery cadences, status reporting, change control, clear ownership and decision tracking. 

• Coordinate delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilisation, covering planning, execution, testing, user acceptance, cutover and hypercare. 

• Partner with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to translate agreed requirements and process designs into executable delivery plans. 

• Drive alignment across internal teams and third-party partners, resolving blockers, managing dependencies and maintaining momentum against agreed outcomes. 

• Define delivery milestones, acceptance criteria and readiness checkpoints to support high-quality implementation and controlled release. 

• Ensure change is landed effectively through communication planning, training coordination, operational readiness and adoption tracking. 

• Support post-go-live follow-through, including defect triage, prioritisation, lessons learned and continuous improvement activity. 

• Ensure changes are landed in a supportable way, with clear ownership, operating processes, documentation and service expectations agreed with the relevant teams where appropriate. 

• Work with stakeholders to ensure delivery plans appropriately consider access controls, security, auditability and policy or compliance requirements. 

• Manage vendor and partner deliverables where required, ensuring expectations, responsibilities, timelines and dependencies are clearly understood. 

• Produce clear project artefacts and updates that enable informed decision-making and transparent communication across stakeholders. 

Candidate Profile 

Essential 

• Proven experience delivering cross-functional business systems and operational change initiatives, including implementations, migrations, integrations or significant process change. 

• Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, governance and stakeholder communication. 

• Experience coordinating delivery across technical and non-technical teams through testing, go-live and stabilisation. 

• Ability to work effectively in a delivery model that includes Business Analysts or equivalent partners responsible for detailed requirements and process analysis. 

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective plans, status updates, RAID logs and decision records. 

• Experience using modern delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, or comparable platforms. 

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep delivery on track in a fast-moving environment. 

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across multiple functions and with external partners. 

Desirable 

• Experience delivering change across enterprise domains such as Finance, People systems, IT service management, procurement, workplace systems or identity and access management. 

• Experience planning and coordinating data migration, cutover activity and operational transition for enterprise systems.

Job Summary 

As a Senior Technical Project Manager focussed on Platform you will play a key role in bridging the technical and management domains of teams responsible for the planning and delivery of solutions for workload management, systems management & observability, integrated hardware/software quality assurance and cloud development.

You will collaborate with highly technical engineering leads, and multi-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and product to support the flawless delivery of our fully integrated hardware and software AI systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison for the technical teams in multi-functional discussions, ensuring alignment on project requirements.

• Support the planning, development and management of project schedules and deliverables to achieve programme objectives on schedule.
• Ensure each team’s programme deliverables satisfy requirements and are fulfilled by the engineering work.
• Monitor and track dependencies both within Platform and with other programme teams, communicating any near-term inputs for the individual team backlogs.

• Represent Platform in programme management syncs and reviews. Efficiently aid teams’ navigation of scope changes to minimize impacts on project timelines and outcomes.

• Work with Release Management and Engineering teams to minimise time-to-delivery and remove blockers for developing at scale.
• High-level technical understanding of the software, QA, cloud development solutions so that you can contribute meaningfully to priority discussions.

• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, support the teams’ development of mitigation strategies, and inform/escalate issues.
• Provide regular updates on program status, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions to internal partners, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Facilitate process for internal compute resource allocations among engineering teams.

• Continually improve processes, optimize workflow, and maintain the highest quality levels.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience of working in programs with a strong software and hardware mix.
• Track record of working with Agile project development practices.
• Excellent communicator, translating complex situations into plain narrative.
• Outstanding facilitator to help resolve complex issues.
• Great organiser of people, processes, and product plans.
• Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to represent complex work hierarchies and dependencies.
• An ability to work independently without daily oversight in projects that can rapidly evolve and change.
• A demonstrable understanding and application of knowledge and skills managing dependencies, priorities, risks, issues, impacts and constraints.
• A proven track record of delivering technical output, perhaps as an individual contributor, manager or project manager, especially in software development.

Job Summary

As a member of the drivers and utilities team you will contribute to the planning, design, implementation and testing of low level kernel drivers and user space driver library code. You will be part of one of the two teams in the system software department (the firmware team being the other one) and report to the drivers and utilities team manager.  

The Team

The drivers and utilities team forms part of the system software group – working closely with both software engineers developing our Poplar SDK and with silicon and hardware engineers developing Graphcore’s IPU solution. The drivers and utilities team develop custom control software on the host in kernel and user space. Our solutions enable our customers to get maximum performance and utility for our cutting-edge products.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, implement, test and document OS Kernel and Device Driver software at the highest standard using C/C++/Python programming languages
• Participate in agile development – working as part of a scrum team to develop the right software at pace
• Communicate effectively and contribute regularly to technical discussions with your peers in software and hardware engineering, with architects and other stakeholders
• Hands-on during key product development phases involving close working with hardware and silicon engineering groups to enable fast time to market delivery

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Proven industry experience in software development using programming languages such as C/C++/Python
• OS Kernel and Device Driver development and deployment experience in Linux or Windows systems
• Good understanding of lower-level software stack and interactions with the hardware layer
• Possess effective problem-solving skills, familiar with a full suite of debug and performance analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with one or more of the following: PCIe, CPU, device drivers, SoC, firmware, and hardware/software integration
• Proactive in obtaining engineering or management input to solve issues
• Motivated to schedule own workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well within a multinational team and with multinational customers. Excellent cultural awareness is essential.

• Experience developing firmware or drivers for GPUs. 
• Knowledge of CUDA or OpenCL  
• Experience working on upstreaming of kernel code / contributing to Linux kernel.

What You’ll Own

• Support your GM and our Training Team to help train new employees to succeed at Blank Street, including ensuring that new team members are following all recipes and training for menu items and processes and that they are in the correct uniform, are upbeat and vibes are positive
• Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder) and ensure that cleaning duties for the store are followed at the beginning, during and end of the shift
• Positive and solution-focused handling of any minor customer issue
• At a store level, leads all initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability and develop a loyal neighbourhood customer base for your store

• Full Time: 35 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
