We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Atlassian Cloud Platform Engineer to own our Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. This includes multiple sites and environments used for cross-company collaboration.
This role is responsible for maintaining the architectural integrity, security stance, and scalable expansion of the Atlassian platform. An important part of this position involves creating and managing a configuration-as-code environment. In this setup, platform settings are handled via APIs, pipelines, and source control instead of manual management, which guarantees consistency, traceability, and adherence across all locations.
You will serve as the primary platform owner, setting standards, ensuring governance, and promoting self-service features that help teams work efficiently while keeping security and configuration intact.
Collaborating with Project Managers, engineering teams, and partners, you will build scalable workflows. You will also guide platform growth and ensure the Atlassian environment adapts to the organisation’s changing requirements.
This role begins with an active role that includes daily support, configuration, and onboarding efforts. At the same time, it involves growing the Atlassian platform team and setting up scalable processes.

About The Team:
The HelloFresh Delivery Network (HFDN) is a critical part of our UK growth strategy, improving customer experience while reducing cost to serve. As we expand the network, we are looking for a Regional Manager for the West, responsible for the performance, stability, and startup/scale-up of three delivery sites, including one small satellite location.This role sits at the heart of execution. You will own day to day regional performance across safety, service, and cost, while also playing a key role in expanding capability, embedding standards, and preparing sites for growth. The Team
We are building a global Talent Acquisition function to support the rapid growth of Graphcore as we hire across EMEA, APAC and NAM regions. This means building the operational infrastructure for TA at the same time as delivering significant hiring volume.
This role is the operational backbone of recruitment: hiring data and reports, recruitment platforms, vendor relationships, and processes that enable the team to work efficiently at scale.
Initially, we will concentrate on structuring and clarifying hiring data. Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Data & Transformation, the Business Transformation Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and delivering complex, cross-functional change across systems, data and business processes. This role leads high-impact transformation work from discovery through implementation, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve how Graphcore operates and scales.

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

The role
