As our new Pre-operational Supervisor, you will lead the hygiene charge at our Youfoodz production facility! You’ll be the driving force behind our sanitation standards, ensuring everything is sparkling and compliant before production kicks off each day.

This role is based in our Brisbane facility (Karawatha) and reports to the Team Leader and Pre-operational Manager. 

You will…

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of cleaners to achieve top-tier hygiene standards daily.
• Sign off on pre-op tasks in collaboration with the QA team, including scheduled and periodic cleans.
• Drive a high-performance culture through mentoring, cross-training, and positive communication.
• Conduct daily pre-start meetings to ensure the team is aligned with production and safety requirements.
• Manage chemical usage and safety documentation (Beakon) to maintain a secure working environment.
• Investigate hygiene-related issues and play a key role in process improvements and RCAs.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, CMC QA will be responsible for the Product Complaints, Annual Product Quality Review and CMC Change Control Review Board programs and will maintain strategic responsibility over QA Manufacturing Operations and will implement and communicate Ultragenyx’s CMC quality approach for the company. This role will direct and oversee operations in accordance with GxP regulations and Ultragenyx standards. 

Work Model: 

Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Global Annual Product Review/Product Quality Review in partnership with Quality Leads and collaboration with Tech Ops and Reg CMC 
2. Lead UGX Change Control Review Board program and provide coaching to Change Owners on the Change Control process as needed 
3. Support the release of production lots in accordance with Ultragenyx procedures 
4. Execution of Quality Systems in an Owner/SME or QA role, for Deviations, Change Controls and Product Quality Complaints 
5. Lead and actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring a focus on increasing both efficiency and quality output from all processes used by the CMC QA and cross-functional partners 
6. Design, develop, and review CMC QA standards and procedures (i.e., policy documents and SOPs). Review and support deployment of Quality Standards generated by the Quality System Department 
7. Support the Product Complaints function in investigating reported product quality events, as needed 
8. Represent Ultragenyx to Health Authorities during inspections 
9. Ensure activities and deliverables comply with FDA, EMA and local regulations and guidance, ICH guidelines, Ultragenyx policies, SOPs and industry best practices. 
10. Communicate and promote a culture of quality and operational excellence  
11. Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in QA Manufacturing Operations or related discipline.  
2. 8+ years of experience in a GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment in technical operations and/or quality. 
3. Experience with management of Change Control process and Review Board. 
4. Experience with Product Disposition.  
5. Demonstrate quality mindset and influences across the entire organization. 
6. Strong understanding unique quality and manufacturing expectations from other regulatory authorities such as EMA, ANVISA, MHRA, etc. 
7. Expert knowledge of GMPs. 
8. Flexibility and the ability to manage change. 
9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. 
10. Demonstrated ability for analytical and systematic thinking.

The purpose of the Client Service Manager (CSM) is to proactively assist the Financial Adviser/s to exceed their clients’ expectations and financial planning requirements by assuming responsibility for the day-to-day administration and implementation activities. • Complete and send out Annual Engagements and Fee Consent forms.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (QA), will report to the Director, QA Drug Substance and is primarily responsible for QA function for Cell Bank and Drug Substance (DS). The position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure both clinical and commercial Drug Substances meet regulatory requirements and internal Vera standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the oversight of the quality and compliance, primarily cell bank and biologics DS manufacturing.
• Support implementation of strategies and tactics to promote and maintain GxP compliance.
• Provide quality support on tech transfers.
• Liaise with CMO Quality partners to communicate QA policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders to address deviations/ investigations and compliance issues.
• Responsible for material disposition of cell banks, commercial and clinical DS.
• Review executed batch records and associated documentation for material disposition.
• Review and approve GMP documentation such as master batch records, deviations, change controls, specifications, and various other protocol and reports to support GMP production.

• Provides support during both internal and regulatory agency audits as required.
• Perform Person-in-Plant duties, as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a GMP Quality, Compliance, and/or Regulatory setting.
• Minimum 6+ years in a GMP QA role, and preferably direct work experience in either Manufacturing or QC, as well.

At Databricks, we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world's toughest data problems by utilizing the the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in your customers. You will also help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected, helping them maximise the value they get of our platform and the return on investment.

This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases through leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestration of other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that you become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires you to use your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels with an organisation. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization. 

The impact you will have:

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritised customers
• Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within our most strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customer(s) across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders, creating certainty from uncertainty and driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of the workloads where the customer has made the decision to consume Databricks
• Be the first contact for any technical issues or questions related to production/go live status of agreed upon use cases within an account, oftentimes services multiple use cases within the largest and most complex organizations
• Leverage both Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services and Support resources, along with escalating to expert level technical experts to build the right tasks that are beyond your scope of activities or expertise
• Create, own and execute a point-of-view as to how key use cases can be accelerated into production, coordinating with Professional Services (PS) resources on the delivery of PS Engagement proposals
• Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product Innovations, private previews and upgrade needs
• Develop an execution plan that covers all activities of all customer-facing technical roles and teams to cover the below work streams:
• Main use cases moving from ‘win’ to production
• Enablement / user growth plan
• Product adoption (strategy and activities to increase adoption of Databricks’ Lakehouse vision)
• Organic needs for current investment (e.g. cloud cost control, tuning & optimization)
• Executive and operational governance
• Provide internal and external updates - KPI reporting on the status of usage and customer health, covering investment status, important risks, product adoption and use case progression - to your Technical GM

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project / program delivery within the domain of Data and AI and where you can contribute to technical debate and design choices with customers
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala 
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems
• Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program, or project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving complex and important escalation with senior customer executives

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer who will support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, being responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables.

To support the development of new events, the Producer will research and periodically support the implementation of new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.

This is a temporary maternity cover contract (12 months).

You will:

• Manage all aspects of events production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up
• Create production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts
• Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible
• Manage thorough follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices and P&L updates
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-orientated while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience. 

• 4+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Native/Fluent level of English. Other languages a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way

Senior Manager, Quality Operations

Position

The Senior Manager, Quality Operations is an important operational and technical contributor within the Nurix Quality organization, responsible for supporting the quality operations and GMP compliance activities that underpin Nurix’s clinical development programs. This role will partner closely with CMC teams, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality oversight across drug manufacturing, laboratory operations, auditing, and inspection readiness.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality, the Senior Manager will execute essential quality systems activities including deviation management, change control, CAPA, batch record review, and audit support. This individual will demonstrate strong independent judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic, early to late clinical-stage environment where quality and program timelines are closely intertwined

Responsibilities

Drug Manufacturing Quality Operations

• Execute and support quality systems operations for clinical development, including document management, deviation management, change control, CAPA, training, and validation activities.
• Provide day-to-day quality oversight of CDMOs and contract laboratory operations, including review and approval of deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, batch records, specifications, sampling and testing plans, analytical methods, and lot disposition decisions.
• Review and approve development, process transfer, and validation protocols and reports; verify process data in support of CMC regulatory submissions (INDs and NDAs).
• Approve production-related activities including master batch records, change controls, stability study protocols and reports, and certificate of analysis reviews.
• Participate in CMO selection, commissioning, qualification, and certification activities, support negotiation and maintenance of quality agreements with contract manufacturing partners.
• Support risk management assessments of suppliers and manufacturing processes.
• Manage and file quality documents in the electronic document management system; ensure timely completion of document lifecycle activities in compliance with internal procedures.

Quality Auditing

• Support domestic and international GMP audits of contract manufacturers and laboratory service providers; collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to assess compliance with applicable regulations and Nurix SOPs.
• Support internal quality audits to evaluate Nurix’s GMP compliance; document findings, prepare audit reports, and track corrective action commitments.
• Communicate audit findings clearly to auditees and management; partner with auditees to develop thorough root cause analyses and CAPA plans. 

Inspection Readiness

• Support preparation and coordination for regulatory agency inspections of Nurix and contract manufacturing partners, including pre-approval inspections (PAIs).
• Assist with inspection logistics, document preparation, back-room operations, and response coordination during Health Authority GMP inspections.
• Contribute to ongoing inspection readiness programs, including gap assessments, mock inspection activities, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in clinical or commercial pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical operations, with demonstrated hands-on responsibility for GMP quality systems
• Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and their practical application in CMC development and CDMO management (21 CFR Parts 210/211, ICH Q7, Q8, Q9, Q10, EudraLex - Volume 4 - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines).
• Hands-on experience with deviation investigations, CAPA management, change control processes, and batch record review and approval.
• Ability to travel to CDMO and laboratory sites domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Experience supporting or conducting GMP audits of contract manufacturers and laboratory service providers; ability to write clear, comprehensive audit reports.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and experience reviewing or contributing to CMC sections of regulatory filings.
• Proficiency with eQMS platforms, electronic document management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively across functions and with external manufacturing partners.
• Ability to travel to CDMO and laboratory sites domestically and internationally, as needed.

Salary Range:  $137,859 - $155,758 plus bonus & equity.
