About the role
As a Staff Product Manager on our Game Tools team, you’ll own the core game systems that underpin every game at Fortis, spanning player experience as well as the architecture and tooling that supports it. You'll work across player accounts, compliance, social systems, and others, bringing clarity and direction to a wide, complex surface area. You'll partner closely with engineering, game teams, and partner teams to cut through ambiguity, set sharp priorities, and ship the right things.

THE WORK:
We’re building the next phase of real-world adoption on the XRP Ledger, and LATAM is a critical part of that journey. As Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for LATAM, you’ll partner with builders, founders, and institutions to expand how tokenized assets are used across payments, trade finance, and collateral management.
Together, we’ll grow a durable ecosystem by connecting startups, venture capital, and strategic partners across LATAM’s FinTech and TradFi landscape, while navigating the region’s diverse regulatory environments. This is a strategic yet hands-on role blending ecosystem development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
You will be responsible for the rollout of ecosystem growth programs, supporting emerging startups from inception to mainnet launch, and improving our standing in the region. Navigating LATAM’s diverse regulatory landscape, you will form a robust network of startup programs, venture capital firms, and ecosystem players.

THE WORK:

Our estimated pay range for this role is USD $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Contractor compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, market data, location, internal equitability, and experience.

You will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, evolution, and operation of DoorDash's Trust & Safety platform. Your focus will be on building the next generation of safety systems — a global, multi-product, multi-language moderation and enforcement platform that serves the entire DoorDash ecosystem.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Legal, and Strategy & Operations to define and deliver a roadmap that integrates AI-driven decisions, real-time content moderation, and robust policy enforcement into high-volume production systems. This platform directly influences user safety, regulatory compliance, and platform integrity. You will own both the technical direction and operational excellence required to run it at scale.
This is not about executing a roadmap from HQ — it's about co-creating the technical strategy and building the team that will own it.

As the In-Market Product Manager for Brazil, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the country — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
You will be responsible for translating the realities of the Brazilian public safety ecosystem into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You’ll partner closely with local Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive adoption, while ensuring Product and Engineering remain aligned to what’s feasible and high-impact.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring a blend of market fluency, technical breadth, and disciplined execution. You’ll represent Brazil’s needs within Axon, balancing the urgency of field operations with the rigor of product development.
