AE Studio is a development, data science, and design studio that works closely with founders and executives to create custom software and machine learning solutions.
We build products, platforms, and internal ventures that increase agency for all conscious beings. We combine world-class software engineering, AI expertise, and product design to ship ambitious projects that matter.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who bridges modern web engineering with practical AI; someone who can design, build, and ship production-ready, AI-powered applications while maintaining the standards of a top-tier software developer.
If you can write prompts that work today and code that still works in two years, we want to talk to you.
Salary range from $115k/year to $185k/year (if you're based in LA). Not in the range? That's fine, you can still apply and our team may fit you in a more senior position that we're not actively hiring for right now, since we are growing fast and may have other openings soon.
EQUITY
Working at AE means receiving equity in our client projects and in Skunkworks ventures. The equity is priced at $0 when granted for tax reasons, but AE invests millions into these projects. Equity comes from reduced margins on client work and internal funding. You get a real stake in the things you help build.
The longer you stay, the more value you create and the more equity you receive. If you leave on good terms, you can retain 20% of your equity by staying engaged. If you spin out a Skunkworks venture, you retain 100%.

Working with governments, foundations, and public sector partners to turn complex challenges into buildable solutions and real impact through AI product-driven delivery.
About Delivery Associates
Delivery Associates (DA) is a global social impact consultancy specializing in transforming the public sector. With over a decade of experience and a foundation in Deliverology®, DA guides leaders through every phase of implementation—delivery-oriented strategy formulation, execution, and evaluation. DA partners with governments, philanthropies, and international organizations, employing actionable strategies to achieve sustainable, lasting outcomes. In every one of our services, you will find a throughline back to this focus on helping our partners deliver better results through better implementation.
Job Description
Delivery Associates is building a new kind of team—one that helps partners across government and the social sector move from policy ambition to real, AI-enabled products and services that improve outcomes for people.
We are hiring a Full Stack Software Developer to help build and ship these solutions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: turning defined problems and product direction into simple, functional, and reliable applications that can be deployed and used in real-world public sector environments.
In this role, you will work across the stack—from building backend services and APIs to implementing user-facing interfaces—to design systems that support real workflows. This includes connecting data, integrating APIs, structuring and transforming data, and incorporating external tools (including AI services) into usable, end-to-end processes.
You will work closely with an AI Solutions Engineer, a Product Manager, and Delivery teams to translate ideas into working products—often in contexts with fragmented data, tight timelines, and evolving requirements. Success in this role requires the ability to build quickly, keep solutions simple, and deliver working features that can be used and iterated on in real environments.
Core Responsibilities.
This is a contractor role embedded within small, high-performing delivery teams, where product ownership and execution are tightly integrated. In this role, you will:

Job Description
Delivery Associates is building a new kind of team—one that helps partners across government and the social sector move from policy ambition to real, AI-enabled products and services that improve outcomes for people.
We are hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of this effort. This is neither a research role nor a narrowly defined engineering position. It is a delivery role at its core: translating complex, ambiguous public sector challenges into working solutions that can be deployed and used in the real world.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, Delivery teams, and government counterparts to rapidly design, prototype, and ship AI-powered tools that are not only technically sound, but also practical, credible, and impactful. You will be expected to move quickly from problem definition to functional systems, operating in short, iterative cycles.
This role is designed for someone who combines strong engineering judgment with a deep understanding of modern AI systems—and who can build quickly without compromising quality. Someone who is motivated by impact, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to turn ideas into systems that improve how public institutions serve people.

About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
Location: Remote (USA, Eastern Europe, Brazil)
Seniority: Senior / Lead — Individual Contributor
We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager who actively uses AI-assisted workflows in product discovery, documentation, analytics, and roadmap planning — and who thinks natively about how AI can transform both internal workflows and patient-facing experiences.
Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the operating system for modern virtual care — an AI-accelerated clinical engine, a high-converting e-commerce storefront, a consumer mobile app patients open every day, and intake infrastructure that moves at the speed our patients expect.
We move fast. We use AI to compress weeks into days. We expect extreme ownership — and we give it back to you.
A high-leverage, zero-to-one and one-to-ten role simultaneously. You'll own LumiMeds' most critical product surfaces:
You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build it — and own the outcomes, technical and commercial.
We're looking for someone who could have been a software engineer — and probably considered it. You've written code, read production systems, or shipped personal projects. You chose product because you care more about what gets built than how, but the "how" never stopped making sense to you.
You also think like an operator. You understand unit economics, LTV/CAC, funnel math, and margin — not as buzzwords, but as the lens through which you prioritize. You can explain why a feature matters in dollars, not just delight.
The best PMs here are indistinguishable from senior engineers in technical conversations, and from founders in commercial ones.
Design around compliance, not after it. HIPAA and SOC2 are day-one constraints, not post-launch surprises.
Non-negotiables:
Nice to have:
Why Join LumiMeds?
How to Apply
If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.
This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.

AE Studio is an LA-based company focused on increasing human agency, primarily by making the imminent AGI future go well. Our team consists of the best developers, data scientists, researchers, and founders. We do all sorts of projects, always of the quality that makes our clients sing our praises.
We’ve worked with Samsung, Walmart, Berkshire Hathaway, and other large, important entities you’ve probably heard of. Our work environment is fantastic for aspiring coders, calculators, and entrepreneurs. Also, we have neither VC, nor PE, nor other acronyms funding us. We have a weird business model where we sell our work for a profit and use those profits to pay people (I told you it was weird!). We then reinvest those profits into our promising research on AI alignment and our ambitious internal skunkworks projects. We previously sold one of our skunkworks for some number of millions of dollars.
We have made a name for ourselves in cutting-edge brain computer interface (BCI) R&D, and we are making a name for ourselves in our research and policy efforts on AI alignment. We want to optimize for human agency, if you feel similarly, please apply to support our efforts. Data scientists will have the opportunity between client projects to work on important alignment research, with the opportunity to potentially have your research project prioritized if particularly promising.
Salary range is from $120K to $220K per year for people based in California.
Not in the range? That's fine, you can still apply, and our team may fit you in a more senior position that we're not actively hiring right now, but we are growing fast and may have other openings soon.

LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We are looking for an AI-First Full-Stack Engineer who treats AI not as a tool but as a core part of how they think, build, and ship.
This is not a role for someone who occasionally uses Copilot to autocomplete lines. You are an engineer who has rebuilt how you work around AI— using LLMs to generate scaffolding, reason through architecture, write tests, debug production issues, and ship faster than a team twice the size. Critically, you know how to orchestrate Claude agent teams to parallelize complex engineering work, treating a coordinated group of Claude agents as a force multiplier on top of your own output. You will balance 90% hands-on coding with 10% knowledge sharing, and you are expected to push the velocity ceiling of what one engineer can deliver.
You will build and scale the following critical healthcare systems:
Backend & API:
Frontend:
AI & Infrastructure:
How to Apply

This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
