As a Graphic Designer here, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived by the world. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our marketing success by ensuring that every asset we produce - from digital campaigns and social media to web content - is creative, consistent, and high-quality. This role requires a proactive and exploratory mentality, as you will be a central creative partner for our Marketing, PR, and HR teams. Our design team works collaboratively to turn ideas into high-impact visuals, all while finding new and better ways to bring our brand to life.
Multi-Platform Visual Design: Create high-impact graphic assets for social media, digital advertising, and print, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
Video Production: Edit short-form video content optimized for modern platforms, including cutting footage and editing lower thirds or bumpers.
UX & Web Support: Design front-end solutions for website updates and changes, applying UX principles to ensure assets are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Strategically use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Gemini) for rapid prototyping, asset generation, and creative automation, while maintaining a human eye for quality and ethics.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the brand, ensuring all materials - regardless of the medium - remain authentic and intentional.
Design Support: Manage diverse design needs such as presentations (Google Slides and PowerPoint), signage, trade show collateral, and infographics as needed.
Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, page structure, and the ability to simplify complex messages.
Web & UX Mastery: A strong understanding of front-end UX design and web best practices. You are comfortable mocking up web pages and creating responsive assets that function perfectly across all screen sizes.
Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere for video) and proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Proactivity: A self-starter who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions to gain clarity, and proactively suggests ways to improve and broaden the brand.
Diligence: A high level of precision and pride in your work, with a track record of meeting fast turnarounds and high-volume requests with polished, accurate results.
Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with collaboration tools like Monday.com or similar ticketing systems.
Background in Cybersecurity or SaaS environments where you've handled fast-turnaround marketing deliverables.
Creative Influence: You will have the opportunity to explore new design directions and help broaden the brand beyond current standards.
