THE WORK:
Are you a strategic leader with deep experience in relationship management and a passion for tokenization, institutional finance, and blockchain technology? As a Partner Director on the RippleX Partner Success team, you'll play a key role in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-profile partners—including financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native builders—guiding them through every stage of their journey: from idea to integration to go-live and scale.
This is not a passive role. You will be hands-on in shaping tokenization strategies, architecting utility on-chain, and removing roadblocks in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Your day-to-day will span deep technical discussions and executive-level strategic planning—always with the goal of maximizing partner success and driving meaningful, on-ledger activity.

As part of Fireblocks, the Dynamic team continues to build and scale the infrastructure and developer tooling that has onboarded 50M+ wallets across crypto and fintech applications. In this context, Dynamic powers the application-layer wallet experience and developer tooling, complementing Fireblocks’ core custody, security, and transaction infrastructure. The team operates with a strong product mindset and deep focus on security, reliability, scalability, and exceptional developer experience. THE WORK:
Ripple is a leader in crypto solutions, transforming how the world transfers, manages, and tokenizes value. We’re bringing the Internet of Value to life—and we’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Sr Sales Manager to support the growth of this crypto-enabled future in Latin America.
Located in São Paulo and reporting to the Sales Director, you will grow Ripple’s customer base in LATAM, focusing on Brasil. You will implement a targeted approach aimed at key customer groups. As an essential part of the Sales team, you will create Ripple’s sales strategy for the region. This involves engaging payment companies, fintechs, banks, fx brokers, and other financial entities.
This role focuses on taking initiative—creating and overseeing a solid pipeline, participating in events to grow a valuable network, and proactively identifying opportunities. The Sr Sales Manager will generate and advance their own leads with assistance from a local Sales Developer Representative (SDR). Ripple’s groundbreaking portfolio features Cross-border Payment, Custody Infrastructure, and Stablecoin solutions, allowing financial institutions to apply blockchain technology to reshape their operations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced hunter and natural connector with strong sales experience and a passion for new technologies. They thrive in markets undergoing major changes. They work well independently and also value teamwork, collaborating with sales peers, product, marketing, customer success, legal, compliance, and business operations. Ripple values teamwork and shared goals, making collaboration key to this role.
