Anduril is hiring a Senior Manager, Capital Markets to design and execute debt and structured financing solutions that enable the company’s most ambitious initiatives. This role sits within Anduril’s Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and is explicitly outward-facing and execution-focused, with a primary emphasis on debt capital markets.
You will translate Anduril’s operational and financial needs—spanning manufacturing, hardware deployment, and infrastructure—into well-structured, executable financing transactions across both corporate and asset-backed contexts.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in leveraged finance, private credit, project finance, or structured financing, who are comfortable operating in complex, non-standard environments and driving transactions from structuring through close. You will own relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other debt capital providers, and partner closely with Finance and Treasury to align financing strategy with liquidity, capital allocation, and long-term planning. Success in this role means ensuring that access to debt capital is a strategic advantage, not a constraint.

Summary
We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to play a critical role in aligning engineering execution with scientific and machine-level progress in the development of large-scale quantum computers.
This role sits at the intersection of quantum science, hardware engineering, and control software, with a primary mission to make the system coherent, buildable, and integrable as it evolves. Unlike traditional product environments, many system requirements in quantum computing are discovered through experimentation, not defined upfront. Success in this role requires deep collaboration with scientists, rapid learning, and the ability to introduce structure only where it accelerates progress.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building complex hardware–software systems (e.g., aerospace, EVs, robotics, advanced instrumentation) and is motivated to apply systems engineering rigor in a learning-driven R&D environment, pairing closely with internal quantum experts.
This is a technical leadership role with broad influence across teams. Authority comes from clarity, usefulness, and trust — not from gatekeeping or heavy process.

Be Ketryx's first in-house Legal Counsel (reporting to VP, Finance & Operations). You're building the legal engine that enables us to double our sales team and triple enterprise deal flow over 18 months, cut commercial contract cycle time by 40%+, establish legal operations from scratch, and ensure legal is never the bottleneck on deals that save lives.
You're a pragmatic, commercially-minded lawyer from a fast-growth B2B SaaS company who knows what "good enough" looks like at Series B. You've negotiated enterprise MSAs with Fortune 500 customers on their paper, move quickly on IP/liability/data terms, and default to "how do we get to yes" rather than risk aversion.
You have a proven track record building for scale: playbooks that scaled across sales teams, repositories that got used, processes that cut cycle times. You implement systems yourself, know when to dig in and when to move fast, and thrive in high-autonomy environments. Comfortable as the only lawyer, rolling up your sleeves, and explaining complex legal issues to your CEO in two sentences.
