The Role
We are looking for a Python developer who is curious, practical, and eager to grow within a strong engineering team. You should be comfortable writing Python, interested in backend systems, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment where reliability, security, and performance matter. You don't need to have mastered every part of our stack already, but you should be excited to learn, ask good questions, and build production-quality systems with support from experienced engineers.
You will work with our Python team to build secure, robust, and high-performance microservices that support critical revenue operations — including billing, tax calculation, customer commitments, and AI-powered automation. Over time, you will grow into owning parts of these services, helping us solve complex problems as the company scales.

Responsibilities
- Design and build developer-friendly and agent-friendly APIs
- Build, test, and deploy applications that support global communications services
- Help identify and resolve issues related to latency, scalability, and performance
- Create tools and AI agents to automate revenue operations
- Investigate production issues by tracing through logs, data, and code to understand root causes
- Learn how to support services in production, including incident investigation and on-call responsibilities with guidance from the team
- Collaborate with more experienced engineers on design decisions, code reviews, testing, observability, and deployment
Who we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of professional software development experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Experience writing Python for web applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, aiohttp, Flask, Django, or similar.
- Experience designing or consuming RESTful APIs.
- Some experience with asynchronous programming, or a willingness to learn it.
- Comfort working with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, schema design, migrations, or query performance.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures or message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
- An interest in highly available, uptime-critical production environments.
- Understanding of microservice architecture patterns, and curiosity about trade-offs and anti-patterns.
- Familiarity with some of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, Consul, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts. You are willing to dig through logs, query databases, read unfamiliar code, and ask questions to get to the bottom of an issue.
- Willingness to learn how to support services in production, including incident resolution and on-call processes.
- Comfort using AI coding agents as part of your investigation workflow, while knowing when to rely on your own judgement.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a dedicated operational partner to our Sales team. This role is the connective tissue between Sales and RevOps - owning the day-to-day processes, tools, and transactional workflows that allow our sellers to operate efficiently and close business faster.
You will be embedded in the rhythm of the Sales organization, handling everything from order form execution and deal desk support to enablement coordination and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & Deal Support
- Own the order form and contract execution process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with deal terms prior to signature
- Support deal desk operations, including non-standard deal review, discount approvals, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and Legal
- Maintain and improve sales process documentation, playbooks, and stage-gate definitions in alignment with RevOps SOPs
- Identify and escalate process bottlenecks that slow deal velocity or create downstream data quality issues
Systems & Data
- Serve as the Sales team's primary Salesforce resource - managing opportunity hygiene, pipeline data accuracy, and CRM workflow adherence
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that give sellers and sales leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, activity, and quota performance
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin to translate Sales team needs into system requirements and configurations
Enablement
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement for new Sales hires, including tool access, process walkthroughs, and resource documentation
- Maintain the Sales team's enablement library - pitch decks, order form templates, pricing guides, and process SOPs
- Act as the first point of contact for Sales team questions on process, tools, and deal execution
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly Sales performance reports covering pipeline, bookings, win/loss, and rep-level activity metrics
- Support quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting with accurate, well-structured Sales data
- Track and analyze sales cycle trends, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to surface actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with strong proficiency in reports, dashboards, and opportunity management
- Familiarity with order form and contract processes in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI tools a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
- Clear communicator who can translate operational complexity into simple guidance for Sales stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting an enterprise B2B Sales team in a SaaS or recurring revenue business
- Exposure to deal desk, CPQ, or contract lifecycle management workflows
- Familiarity with sales engagement or enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize growth marketing initiatives across outbound, paid media, SEO, website tracking, and partner-driven lead generation.
- Set up, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns, including audience segmentation, list management, and lead-generation workflows using tools like Clay or Apollo.
- Support paid media execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, budget monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing.
- Contribute to SEO execution through keyword research, on-page optimizations, content alignment, and general technical SEO support.
- Track website traffic, campaign performance, and growth initiatives using tools like GA4 and related reporting platforms.

We’re looking for a Senior Integration & Business Process Engineer to design, build, and optimize Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions and system integrations using ProcessMaker. In this role, you’ll combine backend development, API integrations, and workflow design to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable operational improvements for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver BPA and integration solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that produce measurable improvements in efficiency and reliability.
- Design and configure workflows, forms, and robust integrations with external systems, using technologies such as:
- HTTP / REST APIs
- SOAP / XML integrations
- Develop and maintain backend components using PHP and the Laravel framework, applying solid programming principles (deep framework expertise is not required).
- Implement API authentication mechanisms (API keys, OAuth, tokens) and handle data transformations using JSON and XML.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues efficiently to minimize customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and customers to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and technical decisions clearly.
- Recommend product and process improvements based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Experience in backend software development using PHP, preferably with Laravel.
- Experience building and consuming integrations via web services, including REST APIs and SOAP/XML.
- Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns, including error handling, retries, and edge-case management.
- Experience using Git for version control, with collaboration through GitHub.
- Ability to understand customer and business requirements and translate them into effective technical deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or familiarity with Business Process Automation (BPA) concepts and/or BPMN-based workflows.

- Front-end development experience with Vue.js.
