Our Professional Services team plays a central role in delivering those outcomes. As demand for implementations continues to grow, we are expanding our project management team and hiring an additional Technical Project Manager to support client delivery.

The Role

This is a client-facing implementation leadership role for a project manager who is comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments.

You will lead the day-to-day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.

This role is ideal for a project manager who is confident managing scope, navigating ambiguity, and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery teams focused and moving forward. You will partner closely with Professional Services POD leaders, aligning on delivery strategy and ensuring strong execution across your projects.

What You’ll Lead

Implementation & Delivery Leadership

You will drive the day-to-day execution of client implementations from kickoff through deployment.

• Lead project planning, kickoff, and ongoing delivery execution
• Define and manage scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables
• Translate requirements into actionable delivery plans with technical teams
• Maintain momentum by identifying risks early and driving resolution
• Coordinate internal and client resources to keep delivery on track
• Ensure projects remain aligned to contracted scope and agreed outcomes
• Support structured requirements and solution planning phases
• Lead iterative build and configuration cycles through deployment
• Facilitate backlog clarity, sprint planning, and milestone tracking
• Drive readiness for deployment and successful go-live execution

Client & Stakeholder Management

This role requires strong professionalism and confidence working with external clients.

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client delivery communication
• Set and maintain clear expectations around scope, timeline, and responsibilities

Role Overview 

The Professional Services Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational management of the Professional Services (PS) organization. This role is responsible for maintaining operational discipline across projects, ensuring accurate reporting, coordinating with Finance and delivery teams, and supporting leadership with reliable operational data. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires someone who can manage operational trackers, follow up with delivery teams, and ensure that key operational processes are executed consistently. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support day-to-day operational management of the Professional Services team. 

• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and project management data across internal systems. 

• Track project progress, delivery metrics, and resource allocation across engagements. 

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational and customer reports including time consumption and delivery metrics. 

• Maintain accuracy of operational spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. 

• Monitor timesheets and track hours consumed against customer contracts or Statements of Work (SOW). 

• Ensure delivery data is accurately maintained in systems such as Salesforce, or similar Professional Service Automation tools with focus on time tracking for at least 100 developers. 

• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project data and operational updates are completed on time. 

• Maintain contract tracking records including SOWs, amendments, and operational documentation. 

• Liaise with Finance to support reporting, invoicing inputs, and reconciliation activities. 

• Provide operational and analytical support to leadership as required. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). 

• Experience working with operational reporting and dashboards. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or similar systems is preferred. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment. 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive operational data. 

Preferred Experience 

• Experience supporting Professional Services, Implementation, or Delivery teams. 

• Exposure to SaaS business models and software development environments.

We’re looking for a Senior Integration & Business Process Engineer to design, build, and optimize Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions and system integrations using ProcessMaker. In this role, you’ll combine backend development, API integrations, and workflow design to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable operational improvements for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver BPA and integration solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that produce measurable improvements in efficiency and reliability.
• Design and configure workflows, forms, and robust integrations with external systems, using technologies such as:
  • HTTP / REST APIs
  • SOAP / XML integrations
• Develop and maintain backend components using PHP and the Laravel framework, applying solid programming principles (deep framework expertise is not required).
• Implement API authentication mechanisms (API keys, OAuth, tokens) and handle data transformations using JSON and XML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues efficiently to minimize customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and customers to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and technical decisions clearly.
• Recommend product and process improvements based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
