Our Professional Services team plays a central role in delivering those outcomes. As demand for implementations continues to grow, we are expanding our project management team and hiring an additional Technical Project Manager to support client delivery.
The Role
This is a client-facing implementation leadership role for a project manager who is comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments.
You will lead the day-to-day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.
This role is ideal for a project manager who is confident managing scope, navigating ambiguity, and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery teams focused and moving forward. You will partner closely with Professional Services POD leaders, aligning on delivery strategy and ensuring strong execution across your projects.

Role Overview
The Professional Services Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational management of the Professional Services (PS) organization. This role is responsible for maintaining operational discipline across projects, ensuring accurate reporting, coordinating with Finance and delivery teams, and supporting leadership with reliable operational data.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires someone who can manage operational trackers, follow up with delivery teams, and ensure that key operational processes are executed consistently.
