Role Summary and Impact

The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for ensuring the correct functioning and strategic development of the Business Intelligence unit. Their primary impact lies in leading automation initiatives, process optimization, and advanced analytics projects, thereby elevating the data unit to a more strategic level. This role focuses on promoting the use of data as a driver for key decisions, ensuring that actionable insights are generated and that solutions align with client needs, while delegating operational tasks to the corresponding teams to maximize efficiency and the strategic value of data.

Skills and Experience:

• Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• + 4 years of proven experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
• Expertise in ETL, data management, and governance to ensure data quality and drive strategic BI initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and apply advanced analytical models for actionable insights and strategic problem-solving.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation projects to improve data workflows and efficiency.
• Strong skills in presenting data through dashboards and reports, fostering data literacy, and influencing data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
• Commitment to staying current with data science trends, ensuring solutions are innovative, scalable, and compliant with corporate standards.
