Compensation
We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.
This role also has an On-Target Earnings (listed below) which includes a base salary and an uncapped performance-based monthly bonus. The base/bonus split will depend on what level you are hired into, and your level will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and expected impact on the organization.

Die Rolle...
Der/Die Haustechniker*in ist für die Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Reparatur der Einrichtungen und Anlagen des Hotels und des Member Clubs verantwortlich und stellt sicher, dass die Einrichtungen und Anlagen des Hotels nach den höchsten Standards gewartet werden, um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu gewährleisten. The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational integrity, safety, and overall experience at Soho House Berlin during late shifts and events. As the senior leader on site during these hours, the Duty Manager ensures that all departments are working in alignment, that members and guests receive a consistently high standard of service, and that any operational or behavioral issues are identified and resolved swiftly and professionally. The role demands a strong presence on the floor, the ability to make quick and sound decisions, and the emotional intelligence to defuse situations diplomatically. The Duty Manager must maintain professional distance while effectively guiding the team, ensuring adherence to house rules, standards, and safety protocols. With a focus on safety, discretion, and accountability, this role bridges front-line operations and senior management—acting as the House’s security during its most dynamic hours. The Duty Manager serves as the senior-most leader on site during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel during off-peak hours. This role combines operational oversight with property protection, guest support, and team coordination. This is a full-time position with working hours from 17:00 PM to 2:00 AM. |

Operational Leadership & Guest Experience· Take full ownership of the House during late shifts, acting as the most senior decision-maker on site. · Oversee the coordination and execution of events and activities, ensuring high service standards and operational flow. · Serve as a visible leadership presence throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate. · Support the Front Office and Housekeeping teams as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational continuity. · Handle guest complaints or sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion, escalating when necessary. · Maintain professional boundaries with team members and guests, leading with calm authority while remaining approachable and fair. · Liaise with Heads of Departments and other shift leaders to ensure smooth handovers and interdepartmental communication. · Write comprehensive shift reports, documenting key incidents, decisions, and any operational issues for proper follow-up. · Conduct floor walks and inspections to ensure all public and back-of-house areas are in optimal condition and compliant with brand standards. · Ensure compliance with fire procedures, company policies, and guest safety measures at all times. Safety, Security & Compliance· Oversee the protection of hotel premises, including entrances, public areas, and outdoor spaces, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff. · Conduct regular patrols throughout the building and hotel grounds as a preventive security measure. · Monitor surveillance and technical systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm panels, and technical rooms) and respond appropriately to alerts or anomalies. · Manage access control for guests, visitors, and suppliers, including ID checks and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. · Enforce house rules, addressing issues such as noise complaints, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations with discretion and professionalism. · Act as the first responder during emergencies, coordinating actions such as evacuations, fire response, or medical incidents. · Support hotel staff in conflict situations or when dealing with unauthorized access, providing leadership and immediate intervention when necessary. · Document all incidents and actions taken using digital systems such as COREDINATE to ensure accurate reporting and accountability. |

Wunderflats’ growth cities are past the launch phase. Demand exists. Supply exists. Product–market fit exists. What they need now is structured growth and clear ownership. As the City Growth Manager, you take responsibility for our top cities and turn them into a stronger revenue engine. Your job is to understand what is limiting growth in the city and fix it.
You will analyze the city like a business: looking at supply, demand, listing quality and pricing, landlord acquisition, booking conversion, average order value, churn, and revenue. From there, you identify the real bottlenecks, form hypotheses, and launch initiatives to address them.
This role sits at the intersection of analysis, execution, and cross-team coordination.
You will work directly with our VP operations on the performance and strategy of the cities you own and collaborate closely with Sales, Booking, Marketing, Product and Customer support to make sure the right things happen in our cities.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for International Markets who will own acquisitions across France, Belgium, and additional markets as we scale. At Wunderflats, quality plays a central role in how people experience our product.
Thousands of users rely on our platform to search, book, and manage temporary housing. That means reliability across core user journeys, from discovery and booking to listings and payments really matters.
As a QA Analyst, you’ll help ensure these flows work as intended and that we ship with confidence and a clear focus on user impact.
As Wunderflats continues to grow, so does the complexity of our product. To scale sustainably, quality needs to be embedded in how we build, not added at the end.
In this role, you’ll be a key quality partner within a cross-functional product team. You’ll own manual testing for complex user journeys, contribute to our Cypress automation, and help teams identify risks early so releases are stable and well understood.
Testing new features and improvements across our web applications
Owning manual test execution for complex user journeys and edge cases
Designing and running structured regression cycles ahead of releases
Reviewing acceptance criteria and clarifying requirements early
Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs with clear reproduction steps
Contributing to and maintaining automated tests in Cypress
Collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, and designers
Current focus:
~70% manual QA, ~20% automation (Cypress), ~10% planning & alignment
Automation responsibility will grow over time.
You care about quality and about why it matters.
You bring:
3+ years of experience in manual QA, including structured test execution and regression testing
1+ year of hands-on experience with Cypress, creating and maintaining basic automated tests
Solid understanding of web application behavior and testing flows
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and request/response validation
Clear, structured communication and a proactive mindset
Comfort working in cross-functional Agile teams
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with GitHub or CI/CD pipelines
ISTQB certification
Experience using AI tools to support testing or code review
Hybrid setup with 2 days per week in our Berlin office

Strong manual QA foundation with room to grow automation skills
Close collaboration with Product and Engineering
