As a Chief Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in connecting business development, solution design, and system realization. You will lead the design and implementation of systems engineering practices for Helsing’s programmes. This includes creating innovative solutions, defining requirements and architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices, and managing the technical execution of projects.
You will collaborate with internal teams industry partners and procurement agencies to transform business opportunities into actionable engineering solutions. Furthermore you will align projects with customer needs and ensure efficient execution, serving as a vital link between commercial and realization teams. This role emphasizes a proactive and strategic approach to systems engineering, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of activities while promoting collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

As Product Manager (Product Lead) you will join our ambitious Space team to build the future of satellite technology. Our team is gearing up to build a cutting-edge Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) reconnaissance satellite constellation consisting of dozens of satellites. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap and execution. Specifically focused on the AI and software components, and how they integrate with all systems relating to the constellation.
You will be creating product and technology that does not currently exist, so navigating ambiguity and complexity is at the core of this role. Your focus is on identifying the product that Helsing needs to build in Space and orchestrating the company to successfully deliver it. This stretches from commercial strategy and go-to-market through to product design and technical architecture.

As a part of the larger Engineering department, our Platform team plays a crucial role in enhancing our competitive edge by improving developer experience to increase development efficiency and scale productivity. Lead and optimize the incident management process end-to-end, ensuring timely detection, resolution, and documentation of incidents; coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting post-mortems and root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvements to workflows.
Design, implement, and continuously improve observability frameworks by developing dashboards, alerts, metrics, and logging strategies to monitor service health, detect anomalies proactively, support issue resolution, and ensure cost-optimized performance across the platform.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement observability best practices, providing training and guidance on tools while leveraging metrics data to drive engineering priorities.
Leverage AWS to design, build, and maintain a resilient cloud infrastructure, implementing best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization while ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and robust platform components such as pipelines, shared infrastructure, and application services.
• Proven experience as a (Site) Reliability Engineer or similar role in a SaaS and/or telecom company.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch, Grafana IRM, Rootly), including setup and optimization of metrics and alerts.
• Experience in establishing and managing incident management processes.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks and best practices.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Expert skills with modern infrastructure tooling and principles (Kubernetes, IaaC - Terraform, CI/CD - GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Als Senior Sales Engineer (m/w/d) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen unserer technischen Expertise und unseren Kunden – von der ersten Idee bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung. Du verstehst nicht nur die Sprache der Bauherren, sondern auch die der Architekt:innen, Planer:innen und Ingenieur:innen. Dabei verbindest du die Anforderungen unserer Kunden mit unserem eigens entwickelten Holzhybrid-Bausystem und legst so den Grundstein für die Realisierung zukunftsweisender Wohnbauprojekte.
Mit deiner Erfahrung in der Baupraxis, deinem unternehmerischen Denken und deinem überzeugenden Auftreten prägst du aktiv die nächste Generation des Wohnens.
