Role Overview

We are looking for an analytically-minded Operations Management Intern with an engineering background to join our team. This role is ideal for Engineering Graduates who enjoy solving structural problems and want to apply their technical discipline to business operations. You will be responsible for managing high-volume data and coordinating complex logistics to ensure our operational engine runs at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Analytics: Use your engineering mindset to break down operational workflows and identify areas for automation or optimization.

Impact In This Role:

As an Associate Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our U.S. sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, order processing, and internal coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Own Fictiv India’s general ledger and financial reporting.

• Cash and foreign exchange management.
• Assist in the optimization of transactional structure and workflow enhancement for local and cross-border accounting and payment processes.

• Advise and enforce corporate policy with local staff.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education
Bachelors in Business with an emphasis in Accounting, Inter CA / M. Com preferred with Income Tax and GST Knowledge.  Knowledge on RBI and ROC issues is Plus

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

• Eight to Ten years prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in a product or manufacturing firm and/or multinational company is preferred.

Your role as a Manufacturing Engineer will be to support and drive improvement to our critical manufacturing functions. We have two sets of customers—our builders, who order parts through us, and our manufacturing partners, who manufacture and assemble these parts—and you’ll be consistently working at the interface between the two. In your role as the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be reviewing and analysing the manufacturability and costs associated with fabrication (including CNC machining, 3D printing, and other manufacturing processes) submitted by our builders. In this role, you’ll also be using your Mechanical Engineering background and knowledge of manufacturing processes in order to determine what design changes may need to be made to our builders’ design specifications in order to meet their needs. What you will be doing

Desired Traits

What you will be doing

• Customer Management
  Act as the primary advocate for customers running injection molding programs through Fictiv. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from tooling kickoff through production.
• Injection Molding Program Execution
  Support customers with injection molding programs including tooling development, DFM alignment, first article validation, production ramp, and ongoing manufacturing support. Ensure technical and operational alignment across teams.
• Case Management
  Manage multiple injection molding orders and programs concurrently across customers and internal operations teams. Prioritize and resolve requests to meet customer expectations for timing, quality, and manufacturability.
• Technical Communication
  Gather, interpret, and communicate design intent, DFM feedback, tooling considerations, molding parameters, and quality requirements to ensure orders are executed successfully.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with sales, tooling engineers, manufacturing partners, and quality teams to resolve issues, address manufacturability concerns, and drive successful program outcomes.

Desired Traits

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Tool Engineering. Diploma or advanced certification in Tool & Die / Tool Engineering from recognized tool room institutes (e.g., NTTF, CITD, IGTR, CTTC) is also acceptable. MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in injection molding project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or customer-facing manufacturing roles.

This role will act as the gold standard authority for labeling tasks, own Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA) measurement, train and calibrate annotators, and ensure that annotation quality meets the high standards required for robotics model training.

As Manager/ Senior Manager of Finance at Instawork India, you will own and oversee the finance/accounting team for Instawork India, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Instawork (U.S. company - www.instawork.com).  Additionally, you will own the Accounts Receivable for the U.S. company, including managing AR collections analysts.  You will report directly to the U.S. Controller, but also work closely with the Country Head of Instawork India.
