To support our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. We need a B2B-focused, creative powerhouse and an unbeatable communicator! You will be the engine behind our digital domains, managing everything from marketing automation and multilingual website optimization to high-impact social media strategies. This is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager in Belgium.
Details: Full-time (40 hours/week). Work Location: Ieper, Belgium (Hybrid model).
Integrated Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across webinars, paid media (SEO/SEA), social media, and email to drive lead generation and conversion.
Marketing Automation: Implement and manage nurture workflows, ensuring effective lead scoring, segmentation, and performance tracking across global markets.
Website Optimization: Manage and optimize our multilingual website, ensuring strong SEO/GEO performance, improved search visibility, and a structured content architecture.
Data & Analytics: Monitor performance through tools like Google Analytics, track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Inbound Strategy: Oversee content updates, technical optimization, and performance reporting to support inbound marketing objectives.
Multilingual Content: Develop and localize content strategies for website pages, blogs, presentations, brochures, banners, and digital assets.
Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns and automated nurture flows; manage A/B testing and analysis to improve performance.
Social Media Presence: Build and manage a strong multichannel presence, developing organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and traffic.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and detailed task execution and reporting.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in (Digital) Marketing or Communication.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a marketing function specifically within a B2B environment.
Technical Stack: Strong experience with marketing automation tools and emailing platforms. Proficient with Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), CRM/CMS platforms, and creative suites (Adobe or Canva).
Communication: Flawless written and spoken English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.

Je bent de motor achter onze digitale domeinen en beheert alles van marketingautomatisering en meertalige website-optimalisatie tot high-impact sociale mediastrategieën. Dit is een voltijdse functie die rapporteert aan de Senior Marketing Manager in België.
Geïntegreerd Campagnebeheer: Plannen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van digitale campagnes via webinars, betaalde media (SEO/SEA), sociale media en e-mail om leadgeneratie en conversie te stimuleren.
Marketingautomatisering: Implementeren en beheren van nurture-workflows, zorgen voor effectieve lead-scoring, segmentatie en prestatiemeting in wereldwijde markten.
Website-optimalisatie: Beheren en optimaliseren van onze meertalige website, zorgen voor sterke SEO/GEO-prestaties, verbeterde zoekzichtbaarheid en een gestructureerde content-architectuur.
Data & Analytics: Prestaties monitoren via tools zoals Google Analytics, KPI's bijhouden (verkeer, betrokkenheid, conversie) en datagestuurde aanbevelingen doen voor verbetering.
Inbound-strategie: Toezicht houden op content-updates, technische optimalisatie en prestatieregeling ter ondersteuning van inbound-marketingdoelstellingen.
Meertalige Content: Ontwikkelen en lokaliseren van contentstrategieën voor websitepagina's, blogs, presentaties, brochures, banners en digitale assets.
E-mailmarketing: Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van gerichte e-mailcampagnes en geautomatiseerde nurture-flows; beheren van A/B-tests en analyses om prestaties te verbeteren.
Sociale Media-aanwezigheid: Opbouwen en beheren van een sterke aanwezigheid op meerdere kanalen, ontwikkelen van organische en betaalde campagnes om naamsbekendheid en verkeer te vergroten.
Samenwerking met belanghebbenden: Samenwerken met interne en externe belanghebbenden om een tijdige en gedetailleerde uitvoering van taken en rapportage te garanderen.
Opleiding: Master of Bachelor in (Digitale) Marketing of Communicatie.
Ervaring: 3 tot 5 jaar in een marketingfunctie, specifiek binnen een B2B-omgeving.
Technische Stack: Sterke ervaring met marketing automation tools en e-mailplatformen. Ervaren met Google-tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), CRM/CMS-platforms en creatieve software (Adobe of Canva).
Communicatie: Foutloze beheersing van het Engels (geschreven en gesproken). Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
