What you will do
As a Full-stack Engineer, you will dive into the heart of our data operations. You will be instrumental in developing scalable data architectures, managing complex data transformations, and handling large data streams on the fly. Your work will directly contribute to delivering the best business intelligence solutions in the hospitality industry and shaping the future of our Distribution Insight product.

Join our small but mighty team of six versatile engineers, including two DevOps specialists! We're the powerhouse behind the Distribution Insight product, a critical part of the Lighthouse platform. Our mission is to process billions of real-time transactions, turning complex data into actionable insights for our customers in under 10 minutes. From monitoring TCP packets to building and maintaining our custom BI tool, we own the entire data journey. We thrive on collaboration and have a huge impact, helping hotels analyze everything from booking errors to channel performance.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about problem solving, scalable cloud engineering, automation and scalable programs, data architectures, complex data transformations, and handling large data streams on the fly, and wants to see their work translated into real life applications that impact 100,000’s of hotels worldwide.

About our team
You'll join the Distribution Insight team, a key part of our Enterprise division focused on providing data offerings to the world's largest hotel chains. Our mission is to help these global chains optimize their distribution, monitor their channels, and track performance to maximize revenue without increasing costs. We develop a suite of products and services to achieve this, from monitoring tools that system engineers use to investigate performance, to AI-driven services that automate massive manual workflows for our clients. You will work closely with our Lead DevOps Engineer to manage and improve our processes, helping to reduce manual work and increase automation so the team can scale effectively.

What you will do
Reporting to our Director of Data Science, you will be a key player in our Data Organisation. As our new Senior MLOps Engineer, your mission is to design, build, and maintain the robust infrastructure that powers our machine learning solutions, from classical models to new LLM-powered features and AI agents. Your role has a crucial enablement mandate: you will not only serve the Data R&D team but also set up the foundations that empower other engineering teams to ship their own AI features into production, directly impacting hundreds of thousands of hotels globally.

💼 About the role
We’re seeking an experienced hardware design engineer to expand our cryptographic hardware IP team. You would be joining a mature design team with a proven track record of delivering market leading cryptographic IP, your role would expose you to the latest cryptographic standards and allow you to develop for the latest technologies.
We hope that you have at least 5 years of experience working on hardware design of complex IPs targeted at deployment on latest generation FPGAs, preferably with some experience working with cryptographic and security IPs.
We have been established since 2018, so you would be directly working with the founders and inventors of this deep tech startup. The technology is already a couple of years in the making, its feasibility having been established, funding secured, and it has a clear path to market. This is a great opportunity for career progression and to get a head start in a rapidly expanding segment of the technology industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Publisher Activation team based in Ghent.
The Publisher Activation team is dedicated to creating new integrations and tools that assist our customers, the publishers, in using our measurement technologies. To gather the necessary metrics for our measurement services, we directly integrate with the native browser APIs on the client-side. On the server side, we have multiple components that further process the requests initiated by our client-side scripts.
Our technology stack is built for scale and reliability. We use GitLab for version control and collaboration, with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) powering our deployment pipeline. Grafana and Prometheus give us real-time visibility into our systems, while Google Cloud Platform and Cloudflare provide our serverless infrastructure. We store our data in BigQuery and rely on tools like Ox, Jest, and Playwright for testing and security. We also make heavy use of AI coding agents like Claude, Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate our development.
As a Junior Software Engineer Intern, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of our team, including standups, engineering discussions, and code reviews. You will collaborate on our existing projects and also have the opportunity to cover a project from start to end. This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to write code and solve complex problems. You will be able to use agentic AI workflows to speed up your work, and you will also be assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout your internship, providing a rich learning experience.
