We are looking for a Treasury Operations Associate to serve as a senior subject matter expert within our Treasury Back Office function. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Capital Markets, Operational Risk, and Regulatory Compliance, responsible for driving the integrity of our post trade environment and shaping the operational framework for N26. The Associate will take ownership of critical processes, lead cross-functional workstreams and act as a key escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as an SME providing control and oversight for Post Trade Execution integrity, specifically focusing on:
Monitoring the quality and adherence of Trade Settlement and Execution processes.
Enforcing Trade Controls and internal policy adherence across the function.
Upon request, act as contact and subject matter expert for communication with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation to scale the Treasury Back Office function efficiently.
Participate in initiatives and projects related to settlement / securities lending, preparing the team for new product launches.
Actively support internal and external audit requirements pertaining to Treasury Operations by timely preparation and submission of necessary documentation, ensuring effective evidence of operational controls and compliance.
Provide critical analytical input and process context to the Reporting team to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all mandated regulatory and management reports.
Mentor and upskill junior team members through structured knowledge sharing on the trade lifecycle, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and systems usage, supporting the development of a resilient and scalable Treasury Operations function.
5+ years of experience in Treasury, Securities Back Office, or Capital Markets Operations, with a proven track record of progressive responsibility and ownership in a regulated financial institution or Fintech environment.
Good knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement and post trade reconciliation including regulatory frameworks governing these processes (e.g., MaRisk BTO 2.2, MiFIR).
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting with the ability to design, review, and improve reporting controls and documentation standards.
Proven experience maintaining data quality frameworks, managing master data, and resolving complex interface issues across systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management capability and comfortable communicating as the operational voice across various internal functions (Compliance, Technology, Front Office, Finance) as well as external partners (Regulators, Banks, Custodians, Auditors).
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, translating operational insight into scalable solutions.
Experience with systems such as ServiceNow, Bloomberg, or similar trade and settlement platforms is a strong advantage.
Relevant professional qualifications, such CISI - International Operations Certificate (IOC) or ICMA - Operations Certificate Programme (OCP) or something similar are a plus.
Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to collaborate with our diverse, global teams. Fluency in German is a strong plus, particularly for navigating local regulatory landscapes and BaFin-related documentation.

We are seeking a seasoned and technically minded Senior Product Manager with an innate interest in global financial infrastructure to join our Product team.
As a Product Manager focusing on scheme integrations and core payment platform components, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy that powers the movement of money for N26 customers across Europe. In this role you will:

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to own and continuously improve a broad range of accounting operations spanning the full transaction lifecycle—from procure-to-pay and employee expense management to customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and month-end close. This role will serve as a key member of our operational accounting team across our multi-entity structure, responsible for both day-to-day execution and the longer-term scalability of our financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment. You will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, scaling workflows, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a Hybrid position in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Vendor Payments:
• Own the full AP lifecycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, payment execution, and posting in NetSuite
• Manage domestic and international vendor payments via Ramp and Airwallex including ACH, wire, virtual cards, and FX
• Maintain vendor master data, including banking details, tax documentation, and compliance requirements
• Monitor AP aging, cash disbursements, and payment timing in coordination with Accounting and Treasury
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and AP-related reporting
Customer Invoicing, AR & Revenue:
• Manage the billing cycle: invoice generation, delivery, collections follow-up, and cash application in NetSuite
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate with business partners on collections and billing disputes
• Ensure revenue is recognized appropriately (ASC 606) and maintain deferred revenue schedules and reconciliations
• Support revenue-related close entries, audit requests, and ad hoc analysis as needed
Expense Management (Ramp):
• Serve as system owner for Ramp, including corporate cards, employee reimbursements, and approval workflows
• Configure and maintain spend policies, categories, limits, and role-based approval chains
• Ensure accurate mapping from Ramp to NetSuite (GL accounts, cost centers, and subsidiary allocations)
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee and executive expense questions while enforcing policy
Month-End Close Support:
• Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite across assigned areas (AP accruals, AR, revenue) with appropriate documentation
• Complete assigned close tasks and reconciliations accurately and on time across all legal entities
Systems & Process Optimization:
• Drive continuous improvements to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and close workflows, documentation, and internal controls
• Assist with scaling accounting processes across multiple legal entities, currencies, and geographies
• Partner with FP&A and Operations on spend visibility, budgeting, and vendor management initiatives
Controls, Compliance & Audit:
• Ensure strong internal controls across payables, receivables, revenue, and payments, including segregation of duties
• Support audits, bank requests, and compliance initiatives related to the full transaction cycle
• Maintain clear documentation of policies, workflows, and approval structures
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, including AP, AR, and/or revenue accounting
• Hands-on experience administering Ramp or similar AP system in a corporate environment
• Experience executing domestic and international payments using Airwallex or similar fintech FX/payment platforms
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including GL coding, journal entries, and multi-entity setups
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization
• High attention to detail with a strong internal-controls mindset
Preferred:
• Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments
• Prior ownership of AP, AR, or billing system implementations or migrations
• Exposure to audit support, SOC 2, or regulated industries (iGaming, fintech, or similar a plus)
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership
