What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

Strategic partnership: Bring a strong point of view to product strategy. Challenge assumptions, ensure user and design thinking shapes how problems are framed, and actively seek input from analytics, data science, research, engineering, and content strategy to inform the direction. Problem framing: Navigate ambiguity from the start. You'll often begin with an ill-defined problem space, scope and frame it, identify the right opportunity, and build a clear path forward before a solution even exists.
Complex, multi-feature design: Lead end-to-end experiences spanning multiple features, and touchpoints. You’ll work with interconnected systems where a change in one area ripples across others, not isolated flows or single-feature work.
End-to-end execution: Own the design process from early discovery through to high-fidelity UI and technical specs. Testing, iterating, and building stakeholder alignment along the way to ensure proposals are feasible, desirable, and ready to ship.
Evidence-based design: Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into elegant, actionable design solutions that solve real human problems and drive measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For 🔎
Seniority: We are looking for a very senior profile , someone who has already operated at this level, not someone growing into it. Ideally with 8–10 years of product design experience, with 5+ years operating at a senior or lead level. Setting direction, working independently, and influencing product decisions beyond the design brief.
Product experience: Deep experience designing mobile-first digital products at scale, such as marketplaces, e-commerce, or similarly complex consumer applications.
Strategic thinking: A natural ability to bring a design and user perspective into product strategy, not just executing a vision, but helping shape one. Comfortable pushing back on assumptions and advocating for the right problem to solve.
Complexity & systems thinking: Proven experience leading multi-feature, end-to-end experiences with systemic complexity that involve dependencies, and require thinking across the full user journey.
Problem framing: Comfortable starting from ambiguity, scoping ill-defined problems, forming hypotheses, and iterating toward clarity before jumping to solutions.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.
We work with structured sales methodology, like MEDDPICC to support high-quality deal execution. You’ll advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast with precision. We want to help you use modern tools to become a better seller and achieve great success.

What you will do
This is an opportunity to contribute to a key stage of the client journey: onboarding new customers to Lighthouse (within the impact of the direct products from The Hotels Network). You will join our team as an Implementation Specialist, acting as the primary technical guide for our new clients in the crucial post-sales phase. You will guide clients through the setup process, answer questions, and help solve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to stay aligned throughout, using AI tools and internal resources to work more efficiently.

Our platform generates vast amounts of data. With a mature infrastructure already in place and a growing team, the opportunities to make a tangible impact are endless. As a Data Scientist, you will improve marketplace dynamics by working on end-to-end ML solutions—from data gathering and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
As a Data Scientist in the Wallapop you will be working on the Data Science and Machine Learning initiatives aimed at improving the whole marketplace dynamics. This will include topics such as improving models that power users' main interaction point: Search. You will also look into various models that will help users discover new items through ranked Recommendations, Similar Items, and more.
You will work closely with other Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Analysts to understand the product requirements and explore possible data and ML solutions. This is a senior IC role that owns app P&L thinking, ships features weekly, and decides what to build next based on data — not on a 2-year roadmap.

Part of the Central Product Management (CPM), you will help multiple global teams manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products spanning multiple feature areas. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $172,400 and $200,000 per year.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses. Your mission
At Bitpanda, we're building a powerful system that handles prices and risk management for various types of investments like stocks, crypto, ETFs, metals, and fiat currencies. You’ll help add new assets to our platform, work with new exchanges, and create tools like price charts and systems for crypto products with leverage.
