About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python capabilities, and hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) Large Language Models (LLMs). We are also looking for him to be a full-stack Engineer with hands-on experience with mobile front-end hands-on experience with mobile front-end Flutter, React-native. This role blends traditional backend engineering expertise with next-generation AI agentic systems development, requiring not just system design skills, but also creativity in prompt engineering, AI product development and working with data-rich environments.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent backend services that coordinate LLMs, agents, and data workflows to support enterprise-grade agentic systems.

Design at Ethos plays a meaningful role in shaping our product and customer experience end-to-end. You'll help define how design gets made at Ethos as we grow, including how we adopt AI as a core part of the craft.
We're looking for Ethos' first Staff Design Systems Designer to build the foundations that let designers, PMs, and engineers reliably produce on-brand, accessible, high-quality UI, — and to stand up the prompt-to-production pipeline that turns those outputs into shipped products.
This is a true 0→1 opportunity. Ethos is not yet "design-system mature," and we're deliberately building it in an AI-native way rather than retrofitting later.
You'll partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Brand/Creative, Content Design, and our AI tooling efforts to build a system where Figma, Cursor / Claude Code, and Storybook form one coherent pipeline — with the right human checkpoints in the loop.
This is the throughline across the three areas above. You won't build this alone, but you'll set the design foundations that make it work.

About the role:
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, conversion-focused Senior Marketing Designer who will also help lead and mentor a small team of designers based in India. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend the majority of your time (70%) driving high-impact creative work across key marketing channels, while dedicating part of your time (30%) to overseeing, mentoring, and supporting the India design team to ensure quality, alignment, and growth.
As an individual contributor, you’ll bring our brand to life across email, paid/organic social, affiliate, decks, landing pages, and animation—with a strong focus on supporting our Partnerships business. This means designing thoughtfully for the agents who sell life insurance, creating clear, compelling materials that help them understand our products, communicate value, and succeed in their role. You’ll balance this agent-first work with consumer-facing creative, adapting your design approach to different audiences and goals.
As a design manager, you’ll act as both a mentor and a quality gatekeeper. You’ll use your strong taste level to provide precise, actionable feedback, guiding designers toward sharper, more strategic work. You’ll help set priorities, manage daily workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product stakeholders. You’ll also be deeply detail-oriented—reviewing and QA’ing email proofs daily to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and design excellence. Above all, you’ll create an environment where designers can grow their craft while consistently delivering high-quality work.

About You
You’ll be successful in this role if you can own complex systems end-to-end and translate ambiguity into scalable, production-grade platforms. You’re equally comfortable going deep on architecture (e.g., pricing engines, distributed systems) and driving alignment across product, GTM, and data teams to ship high-impact capabilities.

About the Team
The CPQ Engineering team owns the systems that sit at the center of Zuora’s revenue engine—powering how deals are configured, priced, and transacted across the Subscription Economy. We work closely with Product, Data/ML, Sales/GTM, and Finance teams to ensure pricing and quoting workflows are both flexible and operationally sound.
