ROLLER isn’t your average SaaS company. We operate globally across 30+ countries, powering millions of real-world experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. What we build doesn’t just live on a screen. It shows up in busy venues, peak weekends, and unforgettable moments for guests.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: help operators run better businesses while creating great guest experiences. That means solving complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale.
Just as importantly, it’s the people. We’re a team of 300+ smart, grounded, and genuinely passionate humans working across the globe. We care about quality, ownership, and doing work we’re proud of, without taking ourselves too seriously.
We’re growing fast, aiming high, and building something that matters. If you want to work on real problems, with real customers, alongside people who care deeply about their craft and impact, ROLLER is a great place to do it.
🎨 Design That Reaches 100+ Million Real Moments - Your work at ROLLER impacts over 100 million guest experiences every year. Families spending time together. Kids’ birthday parties. Team catch-ups. Once-in-a-lifetime experiences. What you design doesn’t just ship, it helps create moments people remember.
🧭 Impact at Real Scale, In the Real World - ROLLER powers venues in 30+ countries. Your design decisions show up in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where clarity and usability matter. This isn’t speculative or conceptual work. It ships, it’s used immediately, and the feedback loop is real.
🤝 A Genuine Seat at the Table - You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape vision, navigate ambiguity, and make high-quality trade-offs. Design is expected to lead, not follow. Strong judgement, clear thinking, and the ability to challenge assumptions are valued here, not sidelined.
🧠 Complex Problems Worth Solving - From ecommerce and payments to on-site operations and guest flows, ROLLER sits at the intersection of digital and physical experiences. If you enjoy systems thinking, real constraints, and pragmatic trade-offs, you’ll find depth here.
🚀 The Chance to Raise the Bar - You’ll join a growing but still tight-knit design team, with real opportunity to shape standards, evolve design systems, and influence how design operates across the business. Your impact will be visible, lasting, and felt well beyond individual features.
❤️ Loved by Customers - ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, and trusted by leading operators worldwide. That doesn’t happen by accident. Customer obsession isn’t a value on a wall here, it’s embedded in how we prioritise, build, and measure success.
🏆 A Great Place People Choose To Stay - We’ve been Great Place to Work certified across multiple regions for several years running. That reflects a culture that values trust, autonomy, and growth, and an environment where high standards and psychological safety coexist.
💸 Competitive Package & Real Career Growth - We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned to the level of ownership we expect. As ROLLER scales, so do the opportunities. People grow here by taking on bigger problems, broader scope, and greater responsibility. Progression is driven by impact and capability, not tenure, and strong performance is recognised and rewarded.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead design outcomes and people across a complex product domain at ROLLER.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends high-quality design execution, people leadership, and strategic influence. You’ll be accountable for the impact, consistency, and quality of design work in your domain and for growing the designers within it.
You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape vision, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers and our business. This role has meaningful scope, autonomy, and influence, with clear ownership and room to lead.

WE MAKE CARRY GOODS, AND WE TELL STORIES. LOTS OF THEM.
For over 15 years, video storytelling has been a signature of the Bellroy brand. From handcrafted stop-motions to day-in-the-life carry portraits, we’ve achieved this without big budgets, sprawling sets or lengthy client back-and-forth. Just a genuine appetite for good ideas. And the will to painstakingly make them happen, one frame after the next.
Now we’re seeking a Senior Video Editor to join Bellroy’s Creative team! We're looking for someone who can continue to push our creative boundaries and tell stories with soul, spark, and genuine visual impact. Working alongside a passionate team of writers, art directors, designers, photographers and producers to showcase the Bellroy brand to millions of eyes across the world.
You’ll take the reins on our video production across a variety of formats, from polished television commercials to short films to scroll-stopping social reels. You'll lead editing, grading, sound and motion while also supporting shooting and directing when it makes sense.
YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF…
You're an experienced Video Editor proficient at weaving together stories that get attention – from human-led moments to cinematic campaigns to technical product deep dives.
You’re more than just a technician. You bring a perspective on storytelling and how to make your audience feel something. Whether that’s a useful insight, belly laugh or healthy dose of inspiration go see the world.
You’re a post production Ninja. Adept at switching between long and short form edits, colour grading, sound mixing and mastering, motion design and outputting for multiple platforms.
You crave being part of a broader team; working with writers on ad scripts, designers on motion titles, or photographers to sync on a colour treatment. At the same time, you have DOP’s on speed dial and a broad network of freelance collaborators to plug into when needed.
You bring originality, you question the formula and you're not here to play it safe. Optimistic. Resourceful. Compelling. Creative to your core. And you’re keeping a close eye on what’s next (including how AI is shaping creative work).
THERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU’D NEED TO HAVE…

Our mission is simple but ambitious: help operators run better businesses while creating great guest experiences. That means solving complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale.

We’re growing fast, aiming high, and building something that matters. If you want to work on real problems, with real customers, alongside people who care deeply about their craft and impact, ROLLER is a great place to do it.
🚀 Real Scale, Real Consequence - If you want your judgment to matter, this is the place. ROLLER is a global, rapidly scaling SaaS business backed by Insight Partners. In 2025, we powered 90 million guest experiences across those 35 countries and we’re growing fast towards 1 billion experiences a year. When things go wrong at this scale, the impact is real: lost revenue for operators and poor experiences for guests who are meant to be having fun, celebrating birthdays, or spending time with friends. The systems you design, build, and operate genuinely matter.
💻 Real-World Complexity, Noy Toy Problems - This role suits engineers who enjoy problems shaped by the real world. You’ll work on high-impact capabilities. Getting it right means venues run smoothly. Getting it wrong shows up immediately.
🧠 Depth Over Churn - Rather than bouncing between unrelated features, you’ll go deep on a clearly defined problem space. That depth rewards strong technical judgment, careful consideration of downstream impact, and a long-term view of quality.
❤️ Loved by Customers - ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, and trusted by leading operators worldwide. That doesn't happy by accident. Customer obsession isn't a value on a wall here, it's embedded in how we prioritise, build, and measure success.
As a Platform Tech Lead at ROLLER, you will play a key role in guiding engineers within our Platform squad, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Designer as part of the Product Trio to deliver high-quality, scalable platform capabilities that enable engineers across the company.
In this role, you will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering, contributing directly to the codebase while helping shape the technical direction of the platform. The Platform team focuses on building the foundations that empower product teams, improve developer velocity, and unlock impact across the entire engineering organisation. This includes driving modern engineering practices and exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance how we build and operate software.
You’ll support and mentor engineers on your team, fostering strong engineering practices while ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, enabling other engineers to move faster, and raising the bar for engineering excellence.
Like all engineering roles at ROLLER, this position follows a hybrid work model: 3 days per week in our office located South Melbourne office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. Many of our engineers also choose to spend additional time in the office to collaborate and connect with the team in person.
We believe AI is a career-defining inflection point. ROLLER is a fast adopter of new technology like AI, and every team member is empowered to own their learning and use the latest tools to supercharge their impact. We’re looking for candidates with the proficiency and curiosity to embrace AI and technology — not just as a technical skill, but as a core competency to help us achieve big goals.

IN A NUTSHELL…
Our product design team creates bags and accessories that people rely on for decades, not seasons. We've recently expanded into new colourways and tackled soft shell luggage for the first time and now we need someone who can help us maintain our depth of design thinking while we scale.
You'll work directly with our Senior Bag Designer to transform ideas into specs, prototypes, and eventually products that thousands of people will carry everyday. This isn't about churning through trends or racing to market. Great design here means having the time to perfect details, access to an in-house materials team and a fully equipped prototyping lab. It also means navigating our B Corp standards, adding layers of complexity that make the work more meaningful.Based in Bells Beach (where surf breaks dictate lunch timing), you'll join a team that nerds out about construction methods and genuinely cares about the craft. You bring the solid bag construction knowledge and excitement about solving real problems properly, and we’ll give you the time to master the details, resources to innovate and colleagues who care as much as you do.
YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE…
Even if you don't tick every box, if you're excited by the idea of spending real time perfecting products that last, we'd love to hear from you.

We also operate our of our Melbourne HQ, and are happy to discuss location options for the ideal candidate.
