We're looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Finance Associate to work directly with our CFO and senior leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain financial models across company, segment, and project levels — including Titan hardware economics, Formcrete revenue modeling, and government contract P&Ls
• Support quarterly board materials and monthly investor reporting — from first draft to final slide
• Perform variance analysis and forecasting, with a relentless focus on forecast accuracy over time
• Support investor requests and capital markets processes
• Partner with business leaders on commercial contract profitability and model pro forma impact before deals are signed
• Assist in treasury management, working capital analysis, and cash flow forecasting
• Own special projects across R&D, business development, and construction diligence as they arise

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, project finance, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills — you build from scratch, not just from templates
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into decisions for non-finance audiences
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative field
• Proficiency with AI and a passion for innovation
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerPoint, ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), or financial planning tools is a bonus

• 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership capacity
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with senior executives across G&A, R&D, or GTM functions
• Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful)
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
• Expertise in MS Tools and financial systems; experience with visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) preferred

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Value Creation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and update the Balance Sheet forecast, proactively monitoring leverage ratios and capital structure health
• Analyze interest expense trends and the impact of debt instruments on the overall P&L and cash position.

We are seeking a Global Lease Sr. Analyst that is strategic and detail oriented to oversee the leasing lifecycle of infrastructure equipment across our global cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and leasing data center equipment, expertise in negotiating with vendors along with deep knowledge of underlying financial and operational processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with infrastructure growth planLead the end-to-end equipment leasing program and strategy, including the decision framework for buy vs. lease and the selection of third-party capital partners.
• Act as the main contact for financing partners, track financing terms across lenders (rates, fees, covenants), support negotiations for new leases and refinancing, compare financing options and recommend the lowest-cost structure.
• Manage all facets of the lease portfolio, including maintaining a centralized register, tracking key financial terms (principal, interest, payment schedules, maturity), and monitoring for variances and refinancing needs.
