At OneTrust, great events start with strong planning and even stronger execution. The Global Events team delivers 80+ events annually — ranging from community user groups and executive roadshows to Tier 1 tradeshows and our flagship global conferences, TrustWeek and Sales Kickoff.

As an Events Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical support role across this portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their events or marketing career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to help deliver exceptional experiences through strong operational support, coordination, and documentation.

As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will support the strategy and execution of OneTrust’s event portfolio, including:

Event Execution Support

• Support planning and execution for flagship conferences such as TrustWeek and OneTrust one‑day events, including vendor coordination, speaker and breakout logistics, sponsor support, off‑site events, and attendee experience elements.
• Assist with OneTrust’s presence at third‑party tradeshows, supporting project plans, internal enablement, onsite logistics, and post‑event reporting.
• Support community and customer events including User Groups, thought leadership events, and OneTrust global roadshows.

Event Operations & Coordination

• Maintain detailed project documentation, budgets, timelines, and event folders to ensure consistency and accuracy across events.
• Support procurement processes and contract tracking for venues, vendors, and services.
• Assist with registration websites, surveys, lead capture, and ROI reporting.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams (Field Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to support successful event participation.
• Help ensure teams are informed, enabled, and aligned on event goals, logistics, and outcomes.

Event Technology & Tools

• Work within event and marketing systems including project management tools, budget trackers, CRM, and registration platforms.
• Support reporting and analysis to help measure event performance and impact.

You Are

Your Experience Includes

• 2+ years of experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
• Degree, preferably in marketing, communication, public relations or related field   
• Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment   
• Experience with Microsoft tools
• Additional bonus to have had experience with CVENT event website building, registration management and content (breakout) management

The Security Command Center Supervisor (SCC Supervisor) oversees the continuous operation, integrity, and performance of all life safety and security systems across a 50‑acre mixed‑use development. This leader ensures robust control room operations, leads a team of 6 command center specialists, and provides dispatch directions to 40+ security personnel across the property. The SCC Supervisor serves as the operational nexus between technology, people, and emergency response functions — requiring technical expertise, leadership capability, and exceptional judgment.

1. Core Technical Competencies

Access Control Systems

• Deep understanding of enterprise access control platforms (Avigilon or equivalent).
• Able to administer credentials, troubleshoot controllers, interpret logs, and maintain door schedules and alarms.
• Understands system integration with elevators, fire panels, intrusion systems, and visitor management.

CCTV / Video Management Systems

• Proficient with VMS platforms (Verkada, Genetec Security Center, Avigilon, etc.).
• Skilled at configuring cameras, monitoring analytics triggers, pulling evidence, and supporting investigations.
• Understands video retention compliance requirements.

Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems

• Working knowledge of panel operations (Notifier, EST, Siemens, Simplex, or equivalent).
• Able to interpret alarm conditions, communicate with Fire Command, and guide emergency response sequences.
• Can coordinate testing, drills, and impairment procedures.

 Elevator Control Systems

• Familiar with elevator recall, overrides, fire service modes, and integration with access control.
• Able to coordinate with facilities/OT teams for malfunctions or entrapments.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Maintains accountability for radios, keys, equipment, PPE, and special‑event materials.
• Uses software systems to track, audit, and document asset lifecycle.

AI‑Enhanced Operations

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for:
  • summarizing incidents,
  • identifying operational trends,
  • enhancing training documentation,
  • optimizing scheduling,
  • improving dispatch workflows.

Emergency Response & Dispatch Operations

• Demonstrates mastery in multi-channel dispatching (radio, phone, digital platforms).
• Applies ICS principles, prioritizes threats, and allocates resources effectively.
• Adept at coordinating with police, fire, EMS, and property management partners.

Preferred Background

• 4+ years experience in security operations, dispatch centers, or life safety technology environments.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles or team lead capacity.
• Experience in mixed‑use, corporate, campus, aviation, stadium, or municipal environments.

Training / Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

• ASIS (APP, PSP, CPP)
• Fire Life Safety Director certifications
• CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor
• System‑specific access control or VMS certifications
