We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on design systems to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our design language across all products.

You will be part of a growing design team that is continuously improving our product experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications, spanning from ideation all the way to high-fidelity prototyping. What you'll bring

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years designing experience on Web and Mobile applications;
• Professional experience with industry-standard design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Illustrator or other design-related tools;
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

The Mission

Panther is building the AI SOC platform that helps security teams detect and respond faster than attackers. The Context & Data Experience team owns the foundational layer that makes everything else possible — getting the right data in, making it trustworthy, and surfacing environment context that powers every alert, hunt, and investigation. You'll join the Context & Data Experience team and partner closely with engineers and PMs to build the backend systems that power data ingestion, enrichment, and environment context at Panther. This is a backend role focused on the foundational infrastructure that every detection, alert, and investigation depends on.

• Strong backend engineering experience building production services and APIs

The cash compensation range for this role is €87000 - 100,000 (14 month salary)

The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. Role Overview
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations for the design and product teams.
• Collaborate with designers to validate concepts and prototypes through user feedback.
• Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
• Present research outcomes to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable way.
• Stay current with UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related user experience role.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.
• Experience with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey research findings effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
