Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of professional design experience, ideally within a B2B technology environment, to elevate our brand presence and support global multi-channel marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strong conceptual thinking with deep hands-on execution skills and can translate complex technological concepts into compelling, user-friendly design. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and consistently delivers high-quality, on-brand creative. This is a global role and requires ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities Graphic designer

Marketing & Communications Collateral

• Own the creative direction and execution of design deliverables including executive keynotes, sales and marketing collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, briefs, infographics), digital experiences (website visuals, landing pages, digital ads, social assets), and internal communications (visuals, presentations).

Digital Experience & Web

• Produce graphics for ASM.com, microsites, digital experiences and internal communication platforms.

• Optimize visual content for usage and performance across all digital channels.

Product, Event & Campaign Support

• Design creative assets for product launches, external events (industry, technical), brand campaigns and internal communications (CEO company-wide meetings, communications).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex technical information visually.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, digital, and comms teams to ensure a cohesive storytelling experience.

• Provide design guidance to internal stakeholders and contribute to creative strategy.

• Demonstrate ability to work with global senior leadership on complex ideas and turn into compelling, visual presentations

Brand Design & Stewardship

• Maintain and evolve the corporate visual identity across external and internal platforms.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across company

• Communicate with and train design agencies around the world

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and quality.

• Work with vendors and agencies when needed to support creative production.

• Develop and maintain process for design requests

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS environment

• Strong portfolio with demonstrated ability to convert complex ideas into visual storytelling.

• Strong experience in PowerPoint presentation design for executive audiences

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma

• Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D software, or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, branding, and composition.

• Proven experience designing for multi-channel marketing (keynotes, digital, print, social, web, events).

• Ability to collaborate in a structured, data-driven, B2B-focused marketing team.

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

About your role

• As a Content & Social Marketing Intern, you’ll support high-volume copy production across lifecycle marketing, paid media, website/AEO updates, and organic social channels. This is an early-career opportunity ideal for someone building foundational skills in copywriting, content strategy, and social marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• You’ll collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and video partners to adapt messaging across formats, support social listening efforts, and contribute to research-backed content. What You'll Do

1. Lifecycle Platform & Campaign Infrastructure

• Own Iterable end-to-end: configuration, journey architecture, lifecycle triggers, and audience management for welcome, nurture, and re-engagement programs.
• Manage our CDP (Segment Personas): define audience segments, maintain governance and naming conventions, and work with Engineering to ensure data flows to Iterable cleanly.
• Build AI-powered email and SMS template systems — modular, dynamic, and populated by AI at scale — so our lifecycle team can ship programs without relying on agencies or one-off builds.
• Train the team on platform capabilities and self-serve campaign creation so the lifecycle lead can focus on strategy, not production.

2. Conversion Tracking & Attribution

• Own Google Tag Manager and our Segment event taxonomy. Partner with Engineering on event tracking implementation, maintain event taxonomy documentation, and troubleshoot conversion data gaps across ad platforms.
• Partner with Engineering to implement and verify CAPI, enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking setups. You drive requirements, validate implementation, and own ongoing QA — Engineering builds it.
• Escalate and drive Engineering/Product prioritization when tracking infrastructure needs investment.

3. Automation, Tooling & Experimentation

• Build automated budget pacing alerts, performance anomaly detection, and campaign QA workflows (broken links, UTM validation, tracking checks) for both paid and lifecycle programs.
• Use Claude, Python, Gumloop and AI tools to build self-serve workflows that eliminate manual operational work across the team. Train team members on AI tools for content generation, analysis, and self-serve campaign creation.
• Partner with Growth Science on budget allocation analysis, channel decisions, measurement planning, and incrementality testing.

• Expert in Iterable, Braze, or comparable ESP at enterprise scale (millions of sends)

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $172,000–$238,000 Canadian Dollars annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
