The Role:
The Contract Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. You will be responsible for optimizing our sales motions and internal customer experience by enhancing our tools, processes and data. What You'll Do:
CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis
Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.
Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.
Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that make campaign data interpretable for the broader marketing team.
Track KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and surface insights tied to those metrics.
Effectively manage our marketing CRM tool to drive new and innovative use cases that can be shared across the team
Write SQL queries to investigate issues and campaign results using internal data
AI, Automation & Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and automation across marketing workflows from copy generation to campaign QA to performance analysis.
Build and iterate on tools, templates, and agents that reduce manual effort and improve output consistency.
Stay current on emerging AI/automation capabilities and bring concrete recommendations for how they can be applied within Sezzle's marketing stack.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to align on tooling decisions and ensure smooth implementation.
Serve as a connector between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, translating requirements in both directions.

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on 90% Automation and 10% Exploratory/Manual Testing.
You will work within an existing test automation framework, focusing on expanding coverage, improving flaky tests continuously, maintaining the health of our CI/CD pipelines, and identifying extensions in the framework to support commerce e2e tests. Partner with the Test Automation team to align on framework improvements and architectural changes, requesting and/or implementing the extensions needed to support complex commerce testing scenarios.

Position Summary
AdPrime is seeking a Lead Generation Campaign Manager to report to and support the Director of Lead Generation by managing day-to-day campaign operations across the full lifecycle, RFP intake coordination, offer setup, landing page workflow, launch readiness, pacing, optimization, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and performance reporting.
They will support the Director-led operating cadence by running daily execution and controls, launch readiness, pacing alignment, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and reporting, while maintaining playbooks and supporting process improvements and automation where appropriate. They will surface insights, issues, and recommendations so the Director can make timely decisions on pricing, forecasting, partner strategy, and product improvements.
This role is accountable for execution and operational controls; the Director retains ownership of commercial strategy, pricing approvals, and partner strategy decisions.
The ideal candidate will own and run the lead gen operation — from RFP response through page build, campaign launch, daily pacing, optimization, client reporting, and media partner management. They will sit at the center of three workflows:
