About the Portfolio Marketing Team

The Portfolio Marketing team supports AppDirect’s subsidiary Business Units by owning and executing integrated marketing aligned to each BU’s growth priorities. The team exists to build and scale a marketing engine that accelerates growth across subsidiary brands while preserving brand equity and aligning to AppDirect’s vision of simplifying how technology is bought, sold, and managed. Portfolio marketers operate as embedded, BU-focused generalists — accountable for turning strategy into execution across channels and driving measurable business impact. While the team collaborates with Corporate Marketing discipline experts when appropriate, Portfolio Marketing is a distinct function with day-to-day ownership of BU marketing planning, prioritization, and delivery. Our role is to ensure each subsidiary has focused, accountable marketing support aligned to Sales and Product, while selectively leveraging corporate capabilities to scale impact.

About You

As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing referent for an assigned subsidiary Business Unit — Firstbase. You will translate BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll … 

• Join our Data Stores team, which owns the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of core datastores (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), including schema and index strategy, connection best practices, and performance tuning.

About the Role: 

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to help strengthen Sezzle’s security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows. As a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to identify risks, investigate issues, and drive meaningful security improvements across our systems. The Role

AI is no longer a roadmap item — it's the operating system for how modern growth teams win. We're hiring a AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing to be the hands-on builder who embeds AI into every corner of how our Growth team works: performance marketing, creative production, CRM, landing pages, growth ops, and beyond.

This is a rare hybrid role. You're equal parts engineer and growth practitioner — someone who can write a Python script in the morning, ship a Braze-connected AI workflow by afternoon, and explain the business impact to a non-technical stakeholder by EOD. You don't need to have done this at scale before — you need to be obsessed with building at the frontier of what's possible and have the technical chops to make it real.

You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work across every subteam in the Growth org as their embedded AI engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing: Build AI-powered tools to automate bid strategy analysis, budget pacing alerts, creative performance scoring, and anomaly detection across paid channels (SEM, Meta, Affiliate, YouTube, etc.)
• Creative Studio: Develop AI workflows for ad copy generation, creative brief automation, image asset variation at scale, and creative performance feedback loops between analytics and the studio team
• CRM & Lifecycle: Implement AI-driven personalization and send-time optimization across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels; build agentic workflows that pull Snowflake data, generate segment logic, and trigger Braze campaigns with minimal manual intervention

We're hiring a AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing to be the hands-on builder who embeds AI into every corner of how our Growth team works: performance marketing, creative production, CRM, landing pages, growth ops, and beyond.

• Growth Product: Partner with Product and Engineering to identify where AI-powered features (recommendations, dynamic content, smart nudges) can accelerate funnel conversion and retention
• Tooling & Infrastructure: Evaluate, implement, and maintain the AI/ML toolstack that powers Growth — from LLM APIs to workflow orchestration tools to data pipelines

Qualifications:

Mission

Become a team player within the Security team by supporting log monitoring, incident response tasks and security automation. Collaborating with DevOps peers to ensure security best practices are followed for Cloud environment and deployment pipelines. Work closely with Revenue Operations to provide guidance on security configuration of their tooling. 

Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system security engineering, incident response or DevSecOps.

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Customer), you will serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content Planning and Publishing

• Create and manage social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent cadence of planned, campaign, and reactive content.

• Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring every post meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and accessibility standards (captions, alt text, format requirements).

• Write and adapt social copy for each platform, ensuring tone of voice is consistent, compelling, and native to the channel.

• Coordinate with the creative team and content creators to ensure assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted, and ready to publish.

• Support the Senior Social Media Manager in planning always-on content, campaign activations, and seasonal or product-launch moments.

Community Management and Engagement

• Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and thoughtful manner.

• Engage proactively with audiences, fostering a sense of community and connection that reflects values of inclusivity and authenticity.

• Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform features, flagging relevant opportunities to the wider team and, where appropriate, drafting reactive content.

• Identify opportunities to surprise and delight audiences through creative engagement, timely responses, and community-building moments.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Track and report on social content performance across platforms, compiling regular reports on key metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and audience growth.

• Use native platform analytics and social management tools to monitor content effectiveness, identify trends, and flag insights that can inform future content decisions.

• Support the Senior Social Media Manager and Data Analyst in building a continuous learning loop between content output and performance data.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure social assets align with the content calendar and campaign objectives.

• Support the coordination of influencer and creator content within the publishing schedule, ensuring assets are approved, scheduled, and tracked.

• Work closely with the brand team on day-to-day social activity, keeping stakeholders informed of what's publishing, what's performing, and what's coming next.

• Support briefing processes, helping to translate client briefs and campaign objectives into clear direction for the creative team.

Platform Expertise and Trends

• Stay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats, sharing relevant developments with the team.

• Contribute ideas for new content formats, series, and engagement approaches based on platform evolution and audience behaviour.

• Ensure the studio's content approach reflects the latest platform best practices for organic reach and engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.

• Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, including an understanding of content formats, algorithms, audience behaviours, and publishing best practices.

• Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platforms.

• Solid copywriting skills, with the ability to write platform-native social copy that reflects a brand's tone of voice and connects with diverse audiences.

• Experience with community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a consistent, on-brand presence.

• Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analytics.

• The ability to track and report on social performance metrics, with a good understanding of what the numbers mean and how they inform content decisions.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and day-to-day publishing demands without losing attention to detail.

• A genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the evolving beauty and personal care landscape.

• A collaborative, proactive working style, with the confidence to flag opportunities, raise issues, and contribute ideas.

• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Gen AI and Agentic Thinking

• Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, Grammarly) to support copy drafting, content ideation, trend research, and reporting.

• An agentic approach to your work: ability to self-organise, manage priorities, find efficient solutions, and take initiative across a busy, multi-platform workload.

• Willingness to experiment with AI tools as part of the social workflow, understanding when they add value and when human creativity, cultural nuance, and community instinct are needed.

Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.

• Experience in an in-house agency, embedded studio, or social-specialist environment.

• An editorial background or experience writing long-form and short-form content for social.

• Experience working with influencer or creator content within a publishing workflow.

• Familiarity with social listening tools and basic audience research.
