This position will support front office treasury activities within Nebius Group, with a focus on execution of FX transactions, liquidity management, investments, market analyses, banking products and strategic Treasury projects. This role provides strong exposure to financial markets, banking relationships, and treasury systems, while building core treasury expertise in a dynamic international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cash & Liquidity Management
• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring across global accounts
• Assist in execution of funding, intercompany loans, and cash pooling activities
• Monitor bank balances and ensure optimal utilization of available liquidity
• Support short-term cash forecasting and variance analysis
FX Dealing & Front Office Execution
• Assist in execution of FX trades (spot and forwards) under supervision
• Monitor FX exposures and support hedge execution processes
• Maintain trade documentation and ensure accurate deal capture in systems
• Track market movements and provide basic FX analysis
Financial Products
• In-depth knowledge of various banking products, including guarantees, money market funds (MMFs), investment/funding solutions, corporate debt, and corporate cards.
• Understanding of the legal documentation related to the financial products.
• Monitoring and analyzing markets, competitors, and (existing) covenants.
Banking & Counterparty Management
• Support communication with banks, FX counterparties, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in onboarding of new bank accounts and maintenance of signatories
• Ensure timely settlement and confirmation of treasury transactions
Treasury Systems & Operations
• Execute transactions and maintain data integrity in Kyriba and banking platforms
• Support reconciliation of treasury transactions and cash balances
• Assist in improving treasury processes and automation initiatives
Reporting & Controls
• Prepare daily and weekly treasury reports (cash, liquidity, FX positions)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies

The Treasury Back-Office Specialist is responsible for ensuring a robust, compliant, and scalable treasury back-office function.
This role plays a critical part in SOX compliance, treasury business and IT controls, and process excellence, while also driving innovation through treasury automation and AI initiatives. The position works closely with Treasury Front Office, Treasury Mid Office, Finance, IT, Internal Audit/ Control, and external partners to ensure accurate execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement of treasury operations globally.

Your responsibilities will include:
Own and maintain SOX compliance for Treasury-related processes and systems
Design, document, and test Treasury Business Controls and IT General Controls (ITGCs)
Act as primary Treasury contact for Internal Audit, External Audit, and SOX advisors
Identify control gaps and drive remediation plans in collaboration with Finance and IT
Ensure segregation of duties, access controls, and approval workflows across treasury systems
Oversee day-to-day treasury back-office activities, including:

Role Overview
The Corporate Development Manager – Capital Markets plays a central role in shaping and executing Nebius’s capital formation strategy across debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the company’s rapid expansion through financing strategy, transaction execution, and capital structure analysis.
The position requires strong technical expertise in capital markets, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external financing counterparties.
