The Procurement Manager owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. Anduril is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). The Supply Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods and contributing to the strategic supply network development of Anduril’s product hardware, across their life cycles. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the accurate planning and on-time delivery of both raw material to internal assembly lines as well as finished goods to customers

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide scoped microeconomic and macroeconomic research and analysis utilizing both open source and classified databases.
• Prepare fully informed reports/briefings that describe the methodology utilized, datasets included, and results of each analysis effort conducted; along with specific recommendations identified throughout the effort.
• Support the development of economic security policies and economic security studies relating to the DIB.
• Provide program support to newly established working group/task force related to supply chain resilience and limiting risk to national security and economic security.

Position Overview

ANSER is seeking a Senior Economic Security Advisor to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP), Global Investment and Economic Security Directorate (GIES). In this role you will provide subject matter expertise to advance GIES’s mission of protecting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). You will support CFIUS, 1260H List, domestic M&A antitrust reviews, outbound investment, international engagement, data analytics, and future DoD economic security initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review CFIUS and non-notified missions, 1260H List companies, domestic M&A, Team Telecom, ICTS, outbound investment, and FCC license applications, including corporate ownership structures, foreign influence, cybersecurity, physical security, and USG contracting information.

Required Qualifications

• 12 years’ experience in economic security advising
• Experience and/or understanding of economic security topics, including international trade, supply chain assurance, foreign investment policy, technology development, export control, intelligence analysis, war gaming, risk management, and the CFIUS process
• Experience supporting evolving GIES programs and initiatives to meet diverse mission requirements
• Experience providing policy assessments, establishing pilot programs, and developing white papers or recommendation presentations

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking an Associate China Corporate & Investment Risk Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP), Global Inves Next tment and Economic Security Directorate (GIES). In this role you will support the development, research, and coordination of the Department of Defense Section 1260H program identifying Chinese military companies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support open-source and classified research on companies for potential inclusion on the 1260H list, including collecting data on ownership structures, affiliations, and business activities.
• Assist with coordination of the annual Section 1260H requirement and related list development with DoD and interagency stakeholders.
• Support drafting of company due diligence summaries, analytic notes, and supporting documentation for 1260H list consideration.

In this role you will assist with managing reviewing, mitigating, and monitoring of foreign investments involving critical technologies and supply chain concerns within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with review of CFIUS Joint Voluntary Notices and Declarations, including transaction documents, corporate ownership structures, cybersecurity and physical security policies, and USG contracting information.
• Support analysis and due diligence on foreign investment transactions to help identify potential risks to the DIB.
• Conduct research and fact-finding on foreign ownership, technology transfer, supply chain vulnerabilities, network resiliency, and cybersecurity risks, both independently and with guidance from DoD stakeholders.
• Analyze open-source and classified information to support the preparation of policy recommendations for DoD leadership.

You will assist with monitoring, researching, and analyzing domestic mergers and acquisitions involving major U.S. defense suppliers to assess potential impacts to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Assist with conducting due diligence, preparing analytic products and briefings, identifying risks and benefits to the Department of Defense (DoD), and supporting interagency coordination related to M&A reviews.
• Support the review and assessment of domestic M&A transactions subject to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and DoD Directive 5000.62, including assisting with processing non-HSR transactions through the DoD M&A due diligence process.
• Review and summarize transaction documentation including premerger filings, corporate ownership structures, financial statements, purchase agreements, product and competition data, market share information, technology data, and U.S. Government contracting information.
