This role requires strong communication and handy-person skills. You will be called upon to do anything from changing a light bulb, to helping a guest figure out how to light a gas fireplace over the phone, to walking an owner through their monthly statement. Additionally, you will support in leading and developing a team of employees.

Compensation

• $56000 - $60000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow management of assigned portfolio of properties to optimize team productivity and meet departmental objectives. Identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets.
• Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared for.
• Meet and maintain company standards and metrics such as NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency.
• Support the budget for your portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis. 
• Partner and assist your Onboarding team when new units join the portfolio.
• Ability to perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, unclog a toilet, etc).
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagement. Address team conflicts constructively and in a timely manner as they arise. 
• Assist the recruiting process with interviewing, selection and onboarding new team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. 
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team

Skills + Qualifications

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• 1 - 2 years experience working in operational support roles;  housekeeping and maintenance highly preferred. . 
• Prior experience in supervisory or management level positions in a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.

Seneca Federal Health is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our work at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide corrective action and diagnose problems through phone, electronic communication and in-person support. Provides technical support to end users on a variety computer, software, printer, web, and mobile device related issues. Identify, research, and resolves technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution though the DHA approved ticketing system. Provide 1-2 tier support to end users for either Personal Computer (PC), server, or applications and hardware. Interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulate or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

• Recommend systems modifications to reduce current and future user problems. Interact with the Trouble Ticketing system to documents issues and resolutions. Provide support for Video Teleconferencing program. Maintain/troubleshoot Network Connectivity issues. Support DHA Global Service Center with installing, maintaining and securing clinical workstations with the USAF Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC) and DHA Standard Desktop Image. Install and configure PC-based medical application client software. Perform basic PC hardware troubleshooting. Support Refresh of PC Hardware by deploying new computer equipment to MTF staff. Work with centralized Contractor Tier III reach back staff for problems above local ability. Provide support in installation of clinical end user devices, servers, network devices, and peripheral devices. Perform physical installation and initial configuration of MTF routers and switches as well as IT Shared Services Hosting Environment equipment.

• Assist regional Tier III teams with installing medical applications and servers. Assist regional Tier III teams with troubleshooting and resolving problems with MTF Infrastructure, IT Shared Services, and medical applications/servers. Provide support in maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery program. Provide support in LAN/WAN/PC/Server-related security program. Support MTF with Video Teleconferencing program. Manage functional application of an automated call distribution system.

• Maintain library of current scripts, software media, and licenses. Provide support in installation of clinical end user devices, servers, network devices, and peripheral devices. Provide support in network upgrade and expansion as needed.

• Interface with base communications squadron personnel as needed. Perform the following Information System Security functions for the MTF network, IT Shared Services, and MTF-hosted medical applications/servers:

  • Assist Tier III teams in applying software updates, security patches and DISA STIGs
  • Assist Tier III teams with mitigating vulnerabilities
  • Provide on-call support for MTF.

This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Rochester, MN; Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Onalaska, WI; Eau Claire, WI office location.

This position is responsible for serving Compeer’s internal and external clients by developing new business through Financial Officers, agribusinesses and vendor relationships. The incumbent will market, structure and deliver leasing products; lead any Compeer ‘front-end guidance’ research, and collaborate with other Compeer teams for smooth and efficient process flow and client service

A typical day: 

Leasing Program Management

• Develops and supports programs targeting manufacturers, regional cooperatives, and/or large agribusinesses with retail affiliates.
• Tracks progress of leases until the transaction is denied or totally funded and the lease is closed.
• Increases the close rate between approved leases and closed leases. Provides quotes from published pricing schedule.
• Maintains focus on delivering high quality client service to internal and external clients while balancing the need to maintain sound 
  credit/leasing administration.
• Manages stock and specific lease transaction issues.
• Educates lending team members on advantages of lease products.
• Manages third party vendors as necessary.
• Oversees portfolio management activities including lease renewals, account monitoring, client retention, and portfolio growth strategies.
• Supports fleet leasing management through scheduling, lifecycle coordination, reporting, and operational oversight.
• Assists with leasing-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Supports Senior Leasing Specialists with day-to-day responsibilities including documentation, transaction processing, pricing support, and client follow-up.

Business Development

• Aggressively markets leasing and related services, establishes new market relationships which contribute towards attainment of goals and business objectives.
• Maintains a prospect file, establishes ongoing prospecting plans and activities, and develops and maintains a commitment to individual sales goals.
• Partners with Core Markets-Lending team members to bring “value added” products to clients.
• Responsible for sales closings, positive client relations, and generally contributing to the Compeer image as the leading financial 
  institution committed to borrowers.

Industry Knowledge

• Continuously builds on industry knowledge as a leasing and agricultural business resource to clients.
• Provides internal client support in leasing education and supporting lease marketing efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking, legal, agriculture or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

The contributions you will make: This position researches the history of property, evaluating and issuing title insurance commitments in accordance with the appropriate state requirements. Prepares reports outlining restrictions and actions required to clear real estate titles by investigating and examining public and private records. Ensures documentation follows legal requirements, internal policies/procedures and organization’s security lien position. Works closely with internal team to respond to title questions and problems that may prevent a clear title. Keeps abreast of industry trends and developments through training.

A typical day: 

• Searches, analyzes, and examines public records related to property being searched in applicable counties and systems. Analyzes legal description(s) and verifies accuracy and discrepancies and boundaries.
• Reviews plats/surveys and makes title requirement determination that pertain to the property being searched.
• Accesses and reviews if liens and judgments exist by evaluating public records, county court records, property tax records, and other relevant documents related to the property and titleholders’ names.
• Creates title commitments, policies, report of title and real estate transactional documents based on state statues and title industry standards. 
• Reviews, analyzes and marks up title commitment(s) to insure lenders lien position.
• Collaborates with Title Underwriters to determine requirement and/or exceptions in issuance of title policy.
• Prepares search/examination sheet, title commitments, policies and report of title received from organizational workflow.
• Supports internal team members in review of title issues and collaborates with the title underwriter to find resolution.     
• Issues the final title policy by confirming a clear title through the review of recorded documents that adhere to underwriting standards and organizational policy.
• Completes Loan Certifications.
• Reviews the title application to ensure accurate information is placed within the title production software, follows up on additional information as needed. 
• Requests and monitors title search orders with external vendors.
• Provides exceptional service and communication to the parties involved in the loan transaction via phone, email or face to face that aligns with the mission and vision of the organization.  Responds to requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Collaborates with internal and external clients to obtain or review necessary documents, ensuring all title issues are handled in accordance with policies and procedures. 
• Regularly communicates as the subject matter expert with internal clients to address questions and provide guidance for resolving title issues.
• Produces, monitors and updates periodic and monthly reports, including but not limited to reporting of premiums to title underwriters; escrow balances and payment for online county access; loan certification report; outstanding title policy report, etc.
• Identifies and addresses any duplicate order requests.
• Stays current with industry trends and procedures by attending conferences and training events hosted by industry leaders and title underwriters.
