Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its established specialty practice serving Bethlehem, Stroudsburg, and the surrounding Pennsylvania communities.
The practice is led by Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry and includes experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons Dr. Satoko Fisher and Dr. Karl Krause. Together, the team brings extensive clinical experience, advanced surgical training, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This opportunity is well suited for an oral surgeon who values clinical autonomy, advanced implant dentistry, strong referral relationships, and the resources of an experienced multi-doctor practice.
About the Practice
Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center provides a broad range of oral and maxillofacial surgery services, including:
- Dental implant placement
- Full-arch and All-on-4 implant solutions
- Computer-guided implant surgery
- Bone grafting and sinus augmentation
- Wisdom tooth removal
- Surgical tooth extractions
- Exposure of impacted canines
- Oral cancer screenings and biopsies
- Emergency oral surgery
- IV sedation
- Non-opioid postoperative pain-management options
The practice utilizes advanced diagnostic and treatment-planning technology, including CBCT imaging and computer-guided surgical techniques, to support accurate diagnosis, efficient workflows, and predictable clinical outcomes.
Doctors are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team and have the opportunity to work across two established locations in Bethlehem and Stroudsburg. The practice serves patients and referring providers throughout the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, Northampton County, and Monroe County.

- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Eligibility for dental licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills
- Experience with dentoalveolar surgery, implant placement, bone grafting, and anesthesia
- A commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in developing lasting relationships with referring doctors
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
