Key Responsibilities


Inventory Management:

- Track and manage the real-time stock levels of all active, blank, and personalized card types.

- Implement and enforce protocols for storing and managing received, printed, and personalized cards, maintaining accurate tracking logs and chain-of-custody documentation.

- Conduct regular and comprehensive reconciliation of physical inventory against system records to ensure 100% accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

 

Card Fulfillment & Distribution:

- Coordinate the efficient scheduling of card personalization, embossing, and encoding processes with third-party vendors, managing batch requirements and delivery timelines.

- Oversee the packaging and shipping process, ensuring cards reach the correct clients or employees via secure courier.

- Coordinate and track card movements to various internal or external Distribution Points (DPs) and manage operational exceptions promptly.

- System Execution & Workflow: Operate daily within CRM and TMS systems to assign and close out fulfillment tasks, log exceptions, update status, and ensure data integrity across operational workflows.

- Proactively troubleshoot and rapidly resolve any shipping, personalization, or delivery exceptions, minimizing impact on client experience and operational delays.

 

Vendor Management:

- Manage and monitor the performance (cost, quality, speed) of card manufacturers and fulfillment partners.

- Track and manage the third-party couriers and card movements to and from DPs.

- Ensure all vendor processes adhere to our security and compliance standards.

 

Compliance:

- Maintain detailed records for all card movements and deliveries for audit purposes.

- Ensure strict adherence to financial and data security protocols throughout the logistics process.

 

 

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.

 

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize logistics processes.

Ability to clearly coordinate and negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Precision in managing documentation and tracking multiple shipments.

Proficiency with CRM systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for reporting and analysis.

 

Experience

1 to 3 years of practical experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics coordination.
