We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to support our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling application processing, preparing ACORD forms, coordinating with underwriters, and managing quotes through email submissions and online insurance portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, complete, and review insurance applications and ACORD forms with accuracy.
  • Submit quote requests to underwriters via email, ensuring all required documents are included.
  • Generate and manage quotes using online insurance portals.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with underwriters to secure competitive rates and coverage options.
  • Maintain organized records of submissions, quotes, policy documents, and communications.
  • Assist in policy renewals, endorsements, and updates as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and insurance regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance operations, account management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with ACORD forms, insurance applications, and quoting processes.
  • Able to use online insurance portals and communicate professionally with underwriters.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic administrative tools.
