We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Front Line Sales (FLS) role in the Agency Channel within the Health Insurance and BFSI sector. The role involves driving business growth by recruiting, managing, and developing insurance advisors while expanding the customer base through strong field sales activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in BFSI sales who are passionate about relationship building, target achievement, and leading advisor-driven sales networks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train insurance advisors to build a productive agency network.
  • Drive health insurance sales through advisors and field-based business activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets consistently.
  • Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversions.
  • Conduct field visits, joint sales calls, customer meetings, and business development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with advisors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure advisor engagement, activation, retention, and overall productivity.
  • Provide product training, sales support, and guidance to advisors for effective customer handling.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, pipeline updates, and MIS documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in BFSI sales, including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Loans, CASA, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds, or related financial products.
  • Strong field sales experience with proven target achievement capabilities.
  • Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate advisors or sales partners effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of insurance and financial products.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales activities and maintain strong follow-up practices.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach toward business development.
  • Graduate candidates with relevant BFSI sales experience will be preferred.
