About the role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Older People’s Team in Bath and North East Somerset. This is a busy and supportive team offering a positive working environment.
In this role, you will carry a varied caseload, complete Care Act assessments, develop support plans, undertake safeguarding work, and support hospital discharges.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Social Worker with adults or older people experience
- Strong Care Act, MCA and safeguarding knowledge
- Experience in hospital or multi-disciplinary settings
- Confident managing complex cases and working with partners
Bonus if you have:
CHC knowledge, BIA or AMHP, hospital discharge or D2A experience
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
