What You'll Do
As the Project Manager, you'll lead capital engineering projects from initiation through closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and procurement projects valued up to $30M Total Installed Cost (TIC)
- Manage projects through FEL, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and client requirements while driving a Zero Harm culture
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Oversee project controls, including:
- Cost management
- Scheduling
- Forecasting
- Change management
- Risk management
- Prepare Decision Support Packages for project approvals and funding
- Identify value engineering opportunities and continuous process improvements
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across projects

Work Schedule
Location: Blaine, Washington
- Monday–Thursday: Onsite at refinery
- Friday: Remote work available (manager approval)
Travel is minimal (less than 10%).

Successful candidates must be able to obtain:
- TWIC Card (required before start date)
- HHFT Safety Training
- Client Safety Training/Badge
