Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join a Children in Care Team based in North London. This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to get more management responsibility and less case holding work.

About you:

  • As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking Corporate Parent Responsibility, ensuring the robust implementation of care plans that meet the holistic needs of those in your care.
  • You will be actively involved in child protection and safeguarding inquiries, conducting thorough assessments, and progressing permanency plans through adoption, special guardianship, or long-term foster care.
  • Additionally, this role involves court work, including the preparation of quality statements, and active participation in team meetings and service-related activities to contribute to the overall success of our programs.

Requirements of a Children in Care Senior Practitioner:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
