We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and performance driven Sales Executive for a Mutual Fund Company. This is an early-career role for fresh graduates with strong desire to build a long term career in mutual fund distribution, sales, and client relationship management. The trainee will support the sales team in business development activities, distributor engagement, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in selling mutual fund products and services across assigned territories.
• Assist with lead generation and prospecting new clients or distributor partners.
• Help maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors by addressing enquiries and providing basic product information.
• Gather insights on market trends and competitor offerings to support sales pitches.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and capability-building programs.
• Work closely with Zonal/Regional sales heads on administrative and coordination tasks related to sales campaigns and events.
•Target and Solution oriented mindset with a strong hunger to achieve and exceed assigned Sales Goals
• Fresh graduates (2026) from non-technical backgrounds (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to engage with clients/distributors.
