We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and drive full cycle hiring efforts across departments. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the interview process, and partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. What You'll Do 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across various agency departments
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source, screen, and interview both active and passive candidates
  • Lead intake meetings to align on role requirements and team culture
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS to find and manage candidates
  • Facilitate and document post-interview feedback with hiring teams
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a passive talent pipeline
  • Report on recruiting activity and trends as needed

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting; agency and pharma experience highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS preferred
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing, headhunting, networking, and candidate evaluation
  • Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Represents AbelsonTaylor with integrity, aligned with our core values
