Job Summary

We are looking for a TikTok Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns on TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who understands TikTok’s unique algorithm, creative trends, and performance marketing strategies.

In this remote paid social media job, you will manage TikTok advertising campaigns end-to-end—from audience targeting and ad creation to performance analysis and scaling successful campaigns. You’ll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content that drives conversions, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS to improve results.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting video ad creatives aligned with TikTok trends.
  • Monitor TikTok Ads Manager and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Build and maintain custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Stay updated with TikTok marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns (1–3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Experience running campaigns for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or digital products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, or attribution platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify viral content trends and winning ad creatives.
