Beach Manager - Porto Carras

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Beach Manager to oversee the beach operations at the prestigious Porto Carras resort. This role is key in ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction along the beach and waterfront areas.

As Beach Manager, you will coordinate daily beach activities, manage lifeguard teams, maintain beach facilities, and serve as the main point of contact for guests to deliver a seamless and exceptional beach experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the beach staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate daily beach operations and guest services to optimize satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the beach area, including sunbeds, umbrellas, and water sports equipment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of beach-related supplies and equipment.
• Foster a welcoming environment by addressing guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beach or pool management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certified in lifeguard and first aid preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
