The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $115,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage the email and SMS lifecycle campaign calendars across launches, seasonal moments, promotions, and brand priorities.
- Lead lifecycle campaign ideation and translate business goals into compelling email and SMS concepts.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefs, segmentation, QA, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
- Partner with integrated marketing, creative, web, merchandising, and international teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader company priorities.
- Build and manage customer segments in Klaviyo and Postscript to support more personalized, performance-driven communications.
- Identify, execute, and report on A/B tests across messaging, creative, offers, timing, segmentation, and channel strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Coordinate with agencies / platform partners to improve performance and explore new testing, personalization, automation, and beta opportunities.
- Apply email and SMS best practices, including deliverability, list health, inbox placement, sender reputation, compliance, and QA.
- Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and proactively bring forward ideas to improve program performance.
About You:
- 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in a DTC/eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to independently manage email and SMS campaigns from concept through launch and reporting.
- Experience building campaign calendars and managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and cross-functional priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to strong QA.
- Familiar with Google Workspace; familiarity with HTML/email coding is a plus.
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, takes ownership, proactively helps others, stays positive, and has a good sense of humor.
