About the role
Overview
We are looking for an early-career marketing professional to join our Bangalore team and support execution across key marketing priorities, with a strong interest in growth marketing and using data to improve decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different initiatives, learns quickly, and is curious about patterns, performance, and what marketing data is saying. You will work closely with the India marketing team to support day-to-day execution, improve ways of working, and help the team make better use of data.

Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Execution Support

Support day-to-day execution across marketing initiatives

Assist with campaign execution across email, paid, SEO, reporting, list management, and related activities

Support basic analysis of campaign, channel, and audience data to help identify patterns and improve execution

Assist with priority growth marketing workstreams and other team needs as priorities shift
Analytical Support

Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc marketing reporting needs

Help prepare and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards

Ensure marketing data is refreshed, organized, and stored regularly for easy access and analysis

Assist in building simple workflow automations that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work

Support the team in connecting campaign activity to performance trends and identifying areas for improvement
Marketing Operations Support

Support core marketing operations processes, including list management, campaign setup, reporting support, and related execution tasks

Help maintain clean, accurate, and usable marketing data

Assist with lead scoring, signal tracking, target universe updates, and other operational tasks with a focus on data quality and performance visibility
Team Support

Work closely with the India marketing team to support shared priorities

Help maintain momentum across workstreams through dependable execution support

Contribute to process improvement and better ways of working across the team
Qualifications

0 to 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related area, including internships or campus experience

Strong interest in growth marketing and understanding performance through data

Comfort working with numbers and multiple priorities in a fast-moving team

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn
Preferred

Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, or campaign management platforms

Exposure to channels such as email, LinkedIn ads, SEO, or campaign reporting
