Job Summary: 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Partner with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. 
• Develop and maintain supply chain financial models, including cost-to-serve, working capital, and efficiency metrics. 
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations. 
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. 
• Enhance reporting processes and dashboards to improve visibility of supply chain KPIs. 
• Collaborate cross-functional operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 

• 5-7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operations finance. 

• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). 

• Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). 

• Excellent communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders. 
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
